Order med pizza the cheese was on half the pizza and where the cheese supposed to go at the top it was burnt all you seen was dough burnt. Order bone-out wings no sauce was supposed to be on the chicken and the manager said its on the bottom and he hung up in my face š all I seen was grease at the bottom.I call made a complaint and they wouldn't replace the pizza or the chicken, they gives you what ever the special at that time... SMH

This review is not directed at the restaurant itself. In my opinion, the restaurant has greatly improved in both customer service and food qualityātheyāre doing an amazing job. However, this three-star rating is for the brand as a whole.
When did we start charging for ranch? If I order wings, ranch is a basic pairingāitās like ketchup with fries or marinara with mozzarella sticks. If marinara sauce isnāt an extra charge (and if it is, thatās another issue), why should ranch be? I ordered 20 wings and couldnāt even get one ranch without paying extra. Thatās absolutely ridiculous.

We purchased the supreme pan and my brother loved it, my mom and I got the veggie on thin crust and it was good I loved the crust but the veggie selection was slim. I've had better but than again I have had worse. I placed the order when I arrived and it was cooked very fast. Was offered a special without asking for one.

By far the worst Pizza Hut Iāve ever visited(for the third time) because none of the workers care enough to pay attention to the orders or how they make/present the food. Iām a regular at Pizza Hut and this is the only Pizza Hut establishment that has consistently disappointed. I ordered the pesto margarita pizza each time(with additional toppings) and each time I get a cheese pizza with tomatoesā¦with 3 or 4 of the tomatoes on the side of the pizza in get bottom of the box. No pesto sauce. No extra toppings. The first time I complained and they just added pesto sauce to a cheese pizza. I was hungry so I ate it. Second time I didnāt have time to go back and complain or return it. Today was my third and final. Iāll drive to the next state if I have to in order to find a reputable establishment. This one aināt it.

This location sent the wrong pizza to a disabled person and then told her that she had to get her money back from the DoorDash bc they donāt make any profit when it goes through them but she ordered through PizzaHut website and they sent DoorDash to deliver it. She had no other money nor means of going out to get her something so she just drank water and went to bed as the pizza had all kinds of meat on it that she canāt eat. The staff and manager was rude and kept placing her on hold and then just started laying the phone down when she kept calling back. Well I called the next day to find something out for her and they continued to do me the exact same way.

This location is usually pretty good but it's gone downhill lately. Doordash was to handle this delivery which is usually when the problems start. My order was canceled for some unknown reason and I wasn't notified, I found out by checking on the status.
