Don’t go here… roaches are in the back and they don’t clean. They will not refund your money no matter how bad they messed it up. I asked to be refunded for an order I never received and they hung up on me several times. I went to the store my self which was a huge inconvenience and they did not want to refund me even though I never got my order. They are nice nasty and rude. The floored and counters are dirty with roaches on the back ceiling. Don’t go here

I haven't been to prison but I imagine that this is what eating pizza is like there. Honestly I feel uncomfortable saying that because the pizza in prison is likely better. The pizza was hot but that's the only compliment I've got.

5844 Atlantic Blvd PIZZA HUT! I made an about $40 order… my order was completely wrong so I called and the manager in shift gave me a credit of $20. She said I had 30 days to use it. I was like okay. About a week later, I called and placed an order and asked for my credit to be redeemed and they said it wasn’t on my account. I explained what happen, Jason the “manager” said he can’t help me. I called corporate they told me to call the GM. So I called them back and Jason said he was the “GM”. He said he can’t help me. I was on the phone and they placed me on hold for damn near 10 mins. I used my mom’s phone to call and Jason answered and HUNG UP on me! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE SO NASTY!

the manager (an older white lady with short gray hair) was smoking cigarettes in the door way of the establishment and the whole store smelled like cigarettes. then i watched her go inside and touch on people’s food checking to see which one was my order without washing her hands. please go to any pizza hut other than this one. the first time i ordered here the pizza didn’t even have sauce on it. the place is just ghetto.

I placed my order 6/7/24 and online it said a delivery time of 25-30 mins my food arrived more than an hr late plus they forgot some items plus my food was cold. I called the manager Jason and a female employee were rude for no reason. All i asked for was a refund for the items not delivered i didn’t even complained about the cold food. i was being considerate for the driver not to come back. But the female employee placed me on a hold as i was talking to her didn't even tell me she was going to do that. So i called back and spoke to the manager as i was explaining the situation all he was saying was mmhm or ok with an attitude there was no reason to be rude because i sure wasn’t. At the end he said he would refund me for the missing items but who knows if i will get the refund most likely his excuse will be he “forgot”. I’ve never had a bad experience here til now.

The past 4 times I’ve ordered from this location on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville, I’ve left specific order notes NOT TO RING DOORBELL OR KNOCK ON DOOR due to my infant daughter sleeping PLUS a sign on my front door saying same thing. Talked to manager and all he said was ok…. If you offer notes for delivery plus my own sign on door READ THEM !!! This is uncalled for

I ordered on the phone a medium thin Pizza with toppings: cheese, jam, beacon and pepperoni; it looks was only cheese and jam, that is why we are not going back and it doesn't taste a real pizza. Regreat eating like cardboard.Not more!!!!!!
