They removed everyone's online accounts even if you have used it for years and now force you to make a new one every time you order now so all points you had are gone and the ones you receive from new accounts disappear also so now you can't earn points at all and the only reason to make an account

2-6-26 I received an nasty New York Pizza from this store on 5844 Atlantic Blvd. On Friday and went back Saturday to get a better one which the white female driver is Rude, Disrespectful, Nasty as HELL... I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!! Don't Go To This Pizza Hut 🤢 🤮 🤢

Order med pizza the cheese was on half the pizza and where the cheese supposed to go at the top it was burnt all you seen was dough burnt. Order bone-out wings no sauce was supposed to be on the chicken and the manager said its on the bottom and he hung up in my face 😔 all I seen was grease at the bottom.I call made a complaint and they wouldn't replace the pizza or the chicken, they gives you what ever the special at that time... SMH

This review is not directed at the restaurant itself. In my opinion, the restaurant has greatly improved in both customer service and food quality—they’re doing an amazing job. However, this three-star rating is for the brand as a whole.
When did we start charging for ranch? If I order wings, ranch is a basic pairing—it’s like ketchup with fries or marinara with mozzarella sticks. If marinara sauce isn’t an extra charge (and if it is, that’s another issue), why should ranch be? I ordered 20 wings and couldn’t even get one ranch without paying extra. That’s absolutely ridiculous.

We purchased the supreme pan and my brother loved it, my mom and I got the veggie on thin crust and it was good I loved the crust but the veggie selection was slim. I've had better but than again I have had worse. I placed the order when I arrived and it was cooked very fast. Was offered a special without asking for one.
