Jan 29th I order the special for $19.00 the stuffed Crust pizza and boneless wings. I have to give credit when it's due. This pizza was so fresh and hot, the wings tasted like they came from the heavens above 😂😆. I mean this food was so good. Pizza on Merrill Rd is the best pizza hut in Jacksonville Florida. I love you pizza hut.

My pizza was burned including the pepperoni. I requested light sauce and light cheese. I received no sauce and no cheese. It was hard as a board. Called corporate who advised to contact the store. Spoke to store manager Erica who was very defensive from the jump. Stated she "cut the pizza herself" and that it was fine..that was it. No customer service above or beyond. Then said thank you and have a good day. Quite condescending and then hung up. That was it. That was all. No offer to fix it. Just wasted my money. The 2 star was bc the young girl who originally answered the phone was nice.

Employee came out of the bathroom with out washing her hands I asked for a manager they claim they was getting one but never did.. I will not eat here knowing the employees isn’t washing their hands especially coming out of the restroom.
