I had a great experience at the Pizza Hut on Merrill Road! Everything was fresh, hot, and exactly how we ordered it. The service really stood out—Erica, the GM, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had a great experience. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and runs a tight ship. Fast service, friendly staff, and excellent food. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came in today to get a personal pan pizza for my son. He received a certificate for meeting his reading goal for the month. I have never used it before. The manager was wonderful with helping us figure out the certificate and explaining more information about it. The process was very quick and easy. The staff and manager were very friendly!! Overall this experience was wonderful and my son loved his pizza!! Thank you we will definitely be returning to this location!!

I cannot believe what just happened and I want to warn everyone that go to Pizza Hut on Merrill road to be careful I had an incident today at Pizza Hut on Merrill road I asked the black guy with the earring in his nose if he could exchange my soda to another type of soda and he was very mad already and I try to ask as polite as possible. But I guess he was not feeling it but to get to the point the little short girl with the braids in her head she has a very bad attitude she came bursting in the conversation telling me we can't do nothing for you cursing me out very badly and I'm going to say exactly what I said we as customers come here to spend our money I'm not being disrespectful to you I'm just asking to change items out for me it wasn't a big deal but her attitude was so outrageous I asked to cancel my food as I was standing at the window I seen my food on the counter and she went to the back by this time I drove around to go on the inside and the guy with the earring dropped my food and put it back in the box he told me I could keep the pizza for the inconvenience knowing he dropped it on the ground I really liked it the location because the food was pretty good but the people serving is very disrespectful very disgusting it really hurts me to my heart that he did that and the other girl was laughing but I would never go there again I feel if people cannot deal with people don't go get jobs to where you have to do with people on The daily they have a right to change their order into what they' want and they should be treated with patience and kindness please be careful it's really mean nasty people out here

this place looks so gross and dirty!! it smelled horrible in there. walked in to order a pizza for me and my daughter and waited for a good 5 mins and no greetings. The person that I could see walked towards the register but was on her personal phone. didn’t make no eye contact. I love Pizza Hut but will definitely never buy from this place. It’s so yucky in there from the employees to the whole store. I just had to walk out

Ordered food directly from this store and was expecting a pizza hut driver, this establishment uses doordash without consent from there customers and to be able to blame doordash for their incompetency every time they mess up they promise credit towards your account and never apply it, thanks to the ride and I'm professionalism of the manager I spoke with tonight that wouldn't even say her name of you use this establishment for the sale of your family go else where
