Pizza Hut

Ashlee was amazing. Customer service is top notched. She double verified what drinks I wanted. She went above and beyond to get my order to me due to me not being able to drive at night. Ashlee was reassuring and so polite to me even though it was not her fault about the delivery issue. I will order from this Pizza Hut again, pick up only lol. Thank you again Ashlee

I placed a 40.00 delivery order to only get the wrong items. When I called back to the store Ms. Attitude answered and hung up when I addressed my issue. I called back and asked for the manager. She hung up again. I had to go up to the store and ask if Ms. Attitude was trained to hang up on customers. The manager apologized and remade the order correctly. I’m appreciative of the manager making it right but to save yourself a headache waste don’t go to this location.

This is my second time ordering from this store. Pizza is hot when I get them but the pepperoni on the pizza was overcooked. The sausage pizza was just a little dry. I go to Sam’s Club to get my pizza. In the two cases I need to feed my guests fast. Here is two pictures of the pizza tell me is this your standard.

Always good food. The employees are awesome and always smiling. It's a good feeling walking into a happy environment. It definitely makes it a better experience.

After spending fifty dollars on two pizzas and cheese sticks and getting home the pizza was awful and the cheese sticks were covered in season

When we arrived at this pizza hut the door was locked, no employees in sight. I had placed a carryout order online. So, I checked the hours of operation to make sure I hadn't made a mistake. No, still 1 hour to close. So, I knocked and called the restaurant until finally, a young lady emerged from the shadows and unlocked the door. We paid, got our food, and got into our car. Whilst sitting in the parking lot, another individual came to pick up some food. The previous young lady had already relocked the door and retreated to the shadows. I figure, must be by herself. Definitely not allowed, but makes sense. No, another young lady popped her head from behind a back counter, smiling and indicating she would just be a moment. I've been in hospitality for a bit, and this is wild. Locking doors and hour early and hiding from customers, while hysterical, is not good business. Pizza was ok.

Pizza was nasty and hard. Gave me the wrong wings. Still had to wait even tho pick up time had passed

Pizza Hut was in the plaza I went to but I did not go to Pizza Hut. But the last time I went there was last year and the pizza was terrible
