This has to be the slowest Pizza Hut in Jax. I order my food online and I still have to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to the front, just so I can get what I’ve ALREADY paid for. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Placed order in advance. Order not ready so I waited. After waiting to long I asked for a refund. They would not give me one!! And I still had to wait!!!!!
In the first place it's a lie I did not visit that Pizza Hut No 3 weeks ago or any time why is that Pizza Hut posting that I visited its establishment when they know it's a damn lie just trying to get ratings to help them I don't appreciate people using me as an escape goat
They don't cook the pizza all the way..& Everytime I order the pizza be barely cut

I ordered online, paid online, picked up my own order, didn’t leave a tip. Was then notified that my charge amount increased a day later, meaning I was charged a tip a day later that I didn’t add. Was then told that the manager was on vacation so there is no one to talk to.

They do not use gloves when making your food. I watched two employees crossing terminate with their hands going from cheese to me, then went in a deep freezer and got dough and when I asked them why they did not have gloves Miss Carol the manager said that’s how they do it with an attitude And I have pictures I couldn’t even take that food home to my kids after seeing that disgusting
The food was great, it just took a long time for someone to come out and give us service even though there were multiple people waiting at the counter but the worker was super nice.
