I pulled up you have three people outside smoking a blunt. The guy at the front had to come get them from outside to come in and help make some of the orders. This is very unprofessional. The staff including the manager are very rude. I would like corporate to call me. I also have a video of them outside smoking walking right back inside going straight to the kitchen not washing hands then to prepare others pizza. Disgusting

I went to the Dominos pizza on Casset Ave. In Jacksonville. Pizza was awesome that Pay made. And Nichole rang me up. They bath did an excellent job and my pizza was at a great price and made perfect to my orders. A+ to these 2 employees for making the Dominos name superior. Much appreciated you guys. Awesome 👍. Keep up the great work..
Made an order online. We only received bread sticks and a cookie without our pizza…they left half my order without pizza on the ground in front of our door..disgusting.. I’d like to have my pizza handed to me because the last two deliveries I had were wrong and the driver bolts out of the driveway before you can even confront them about it..

Ordered online. Didn’t even leave my house until I was notified that the order was ready. I ordered a pizza, cinnamon sticks, and wings. When I got there, the employee told me that they didn’t have the pizza I ordered so he has to make it from scratch. He made the pizza and must have realized that I also ordered wings. He then made the wings. I checked my food and I’d received cinnamon rolls instead of the cinnamon sticks. He had to make that as well. Overall, it took about 40 minutes for him to completely prepare my order when I arrived, even though the order was deemed “ready” prior to being arriving.

Manager was horrible, nasty and rude. Leona is what she said her name was after I asked the first time and she shouted WHY? She said she was too busy to be bothered or to figure out the issue at hand. I was SHOCKED she was a manager. She kept walking away like a child when I asked her a question. I said you're being very unprofessional and she said I know. The driver & pizza maker were the only two in the store with her, and they had opened up 10 minutes before. How are you overwhelmed already? She just wanted a reason to be nasty. I'm certain I'm not the only person who encountered an experience like this with her. Do better pizza hut and get another manager. Let's not talk about the lack of cleanliness in there. I love pizza hut and have never had a bad experience at another one and I work in customer service. Unbelievable!
