Driver never showed up. Didnt call, no text. Went an hour before we heard anything and it was supposed to be delivered within 20min. The driver apparently got lost and went back, the only way I found out was by calling them...which doesn't even go to the actual Pizza Hut, it goes to a call center! When I told the call center I'm not going back to that location the rep said "doesnt matter to me, I work in a call center"...at which point I asked for his supervisor. The supervisor explained that the driver just got lost and went back to the Pizza Hut instead of calling me, refunded my order but now I've got employees without food who planned around eating this pizza today. So glad theyre going out of business, terrible customer service.

Pizza hut SELLS their customer information. Don't believe me? You can find it on their website. They don't even tell you up front! You have to opt out after the fact! Unless you want you information sold to random third parties, DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

The pizza made me sick, I don't know if it was the pan crust was too oily or the quality of dough... The taste was unpleasant, it didn't use to taste like this! It may be the manufacture of the dough...

Just disappointed. . Not only thay they forgot my wings my pizza was cold and undercooked cinnamon rolls were burned. I always order from here. Maybe that day everyone had an off day. Nothing was right with my order. Just upset. And when I tried to call in about my wings no one answered it just rang then hang up. Not sure but just disappointed. Other than that I would of left 5 stars. Come on Pizza Hut.

A big thank you and shout out to the manager Austin and his staff...i placed a delivery and the tracker kept showing being made but after almost 2 hrs we called ..to confirm as we had not rec..long story short he made calls to corporate as he showed the order ..a glitch in the system had cancelled it and causing issues for them.. he returned my call and explained and corrected .my order if I could pick it up with no chg.. they were swamped.. as something in system messed up... I appreciate this so much...Thank you for going the extra step to find out what happened ,calling me back and for the service I received. at times like we are dealing with now it was no one's fault but a system and I'm grateful!!

Disregarding current events but every time I order online and get a soft drink, they call me and say they are currently out of the chosen beverage.
I ordered on 4/10 to receive cold food and missing items. Plus I tipped 20 percent for your driver to forget the marinara

I always order here va use the Delivery won’t let me choose any other store. Worst pizza ever! There is always something wrong with my order.. today I Placed an order at 3:00pm is said it was gonna be delivered by 3:28pm and is 4:14pm and still haven’t get my order..

Not many workers at this dine in location. It was 2 maybe 3 workers when me and my family thought we would dine in around 8pm. But they said dinning area was closed. When we first arrived it took a worker about 10 minutes to even come from the back to realize guest were in the lobby and wanted to make a order.
