Pretty young lady who is portly and wearing a (fake) name badge of Nicole and claiming to be a manager threatened to call the cops on me because I was talking on the phone via BlueTooth and having a great time. She has 16 felonies and rising against her. She committed adultery with James Brinkley of Air Force fame, amongst other Crimes. James Brinkley cheated on his wife (a nurse). She is a Disgrace to America, and Other Countries, Quite Frankly (Phil in the _______).

Congratulations. Pilot/Pilot Flying J sucks. It employs Cheaters, and the Worst Kind of felons.

The 2.9 stars is well earned. This place has the worst customer service. You can stand there waiting to order all day and the girls at the register act like they're glued to the register. That's until you're forced to get a manager. They really need to get rid of these lazy workers. I strongly suggest not coming here.

If you ever try to call this place, they will not answer. Nor Arby's. I forgot my card there and I tried calling over 20 times!!

I go to this pilot every other day. we drive truck. there's homeless with drug problems there this morning I used the bathroom and had to give full blown cpr on a woman in the bathroom. I do not ever want to go there again. just be aware of what's going on there

Roomy showers, roomy and clean restrooms

Absolutely rudest manager at Store 1047 and no one cares. I then called customer service and Shatravia was horrible on the phone. I will now contact corporate and board members myself directly. This is no way to run a large corporation nor treat drivers in the industry who pay your check and keep you going. I only go to Pilot but from now on I will go to LOVES AND OTHER COMPETITORS. Pilot Flying J you need to get new employees who care.
