Smoothies are good, there is normally one guy working but worth the wait. This location is WAY better than the one on St. Johns Pkwy.

Rosie here is the reason I continue to come back.. I hope whoever runs this place takes notice of the way she treats customers and I hope she is rewarded for it.. from the experience I had with another worker to the experiences I’ve had with Rosie turned this review from a bad one to a great one… customer service is important and in this case it shows.. I come here literally every day and after the bad experience I had with another employee I had made up my mind to find another smoothie spot but came here another two times to see if I could catch Rosie on her shift to ask if what the other employee told me was true or not because it seemed outrageous.. I’ll continue coming to this smoothie spot only because you guys have Rosie on your team.. I have no issues with anyone on the team but just what I was told by another employee seemed outrageous and turned out to be not true.. I believe it may have been just a case of misunderstanding or simply not knowing so again misunderstanding I’d hope but I hope Rosie gets the proper recognition and compensation for her great customer service and overall leadership skills and knowledge..

This isn’t to bash on the other employee and nothing against her. I’m sure it was a misunderstanding or something but I hope if she’s not already, Rosie earns some type of compensation/promotion for the amazing job she does.

I hope everyone can have a Rosie on their team, she’s a great person. Thank you, Rosie.

Also great smoothies. My personal favorite is the Mr. Mongo add blueberries with a couple of the add ons like protein and meal replacement since I don’t always have the opportunity to eat as much as I’d like to due to my current job and schedule so that extra protein and meal replacement helps.

This location never seems to be open. Not only are their hours terrible in general (closing at 8pm?! When you are right next door to a 24/7 gym?) The last two times I’ve visited, once at 7:30pm and tonight at 6pm, they are already closed. Not sure how this place stays in business at this rate…

always a vibe, and i love that they're next door to the nail salon! Shoutout to Rosie for being an amazing smoothie-barista and giving great customer service!! this place absolutely makes the best smoothies in Jax and have a very easy to understand menu for people who don't typically get smoothies. If you're nervous trying something new, the twig and berries is a very safe and yummy option! Trust me, it's worth it!
