Play Factory and Cafe

We have been going to play factory for over a year now with our twin boys and we absolutely love it! We have been to most of the indoor play areas around town and this is by far one of the best and one of our favorites. We just had their 2nd birthday party there and couldn’t have been happier with the way everything turned out! We did the premiere package and they did a phenomenal job with everything including the deluxe balloon arch. Our boys were so happy and had such a wonderful time, and the best part was it helped take the stress away from us so we could focus on enjoying the special day with our boys!

We had the absolute best time here celebrating my daughter’s first birthday. From the first conversation when we were inquiring about the space until the very last second, Bri took care of everything. She was so sweet throughout the whole process and answered absolutely any questions we had. We got the biggest package and didn’t have to worry about anything. The setup was everything I could have imagined & more. She did a phenomenal job. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about somewhere to have a birthday party for their littles. 10/10 experience.

We had our son's 1st birthday here. IT WAS AMAZING 👏 Highly recommend and will probably be having our next party for another 1 year old in our family here as well. It is worth everything penny!!! We loved it and everything fit the theme perfectly. Thank you guys. Cannot wait to have our next party here! I will be recommending this place to anyone with 6 month to 6 year olds! Also had a place for the older kids and games for them. We had 8 to 15 year olds there and they enoughed the teen area.

My son and I have visited this amazing indoor playground and cafe twice. It's our go-to spot to meet up with a friend and her daughter, and we always have a blast! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the owner and Autumn are genuinely sweet people. ♥️

This place is amazing! My kids were so excited to play that they didn’t want to stop playing to eat. We simply stopped to charge our car traveling to Orlando and we were able to eat, let the kids play in nice A/C, and charge the car. Three birds one stone! Everything was so clean in the entire building that it looks like they just opened yesterday, but they have actually been around for a few years! If I could give this place 10 stars then I would!

Autumn was working when my daughter (17m) and I came in to play. It was our first time there. She greeted us with a warm hello, helped me sign the waiver, and explained their rules. Later, my friend and her son joined us. We ordered coffee and a chicken salad croissant. They were delicious! We spent all morning into the early afternoon playing and talking. We had no idea Autumn wasn't the owner, not that she claimed to be, but because you could tell she enjoyed working there. Almost like it was her own.

We held our daughter's 1st birthday here and it was just the most amazing experience! Booking the venue was super easy, we just booked on their website in advance and were able to see the available dates and times. Brie, the owner, reached out to us proactively prior to our party and helped us with any questions we had which was very helpful. She offered us themed backdrops and balloon garlands and decorations according to the theme we had in mind for the party, which can be a real lifesaver for parents who like to take a more backseat approach when planning a party. This place is spotless! It's the cleanest indoor playground we have ever been to and that is something that we appreciate so much being neat freaks ourselves. It was such a relief seeing how clean the place was. We added on the game room service so that some of the older kids could play xbox and nintendo while the little ones played in the playground area. There was more than adequate seating in the venue for everyone and they had the cafe up and running the whole time which alot of our guests took advantage of. My little girl and my 3 year old had such a blast playing with all of the toys and jungle gym alongside all of their little cousins. The playground area is super secure and you can leave your kids in there without worrying too much about them while you tend to the party and guests. I loved this place and it's perfect for anyone who is looking to have a party or event where there are alot of little kids. And it was so nice that we can book the whole entire venue and not have to share it with other parties. And you don't even have to clean up after because Play Factory will do that for you as well. Overall an amazing experience!

Great place for your young kids but honestly the coffee is actually top tier. It's better than anything you can get around the area and can rival the stand alone coffee spots in jacksonville. It's a great excuse to bring your kids just to grab a high quality coffee or matcha and alsoooo they make the breakfast sandwiches to order. Great service and clean environment.

I love bringing my daughter here. It's an excellent indoor play area with lots of educational items to engage her attention and curiosity. I can't wait to have her birthday party there!!

I brought my grandkids here to see what it was like. We were pleasantly surprised, the playground was fun and after driving through 6 states, it was hands down the best breakfast I’ve had in a while! We’ll be back!

Had a fabulous time with my 5 year old and 2 year old- so many safe a fun ways for both of them to entertain themselves and as a bonus I drank yummy coffee and delicious food!

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE this play space!! It’s spacious yet contained! My favorite part is the coffeeshop & the amazing people running it. It is clean & fun & the perfect venue to escape this Florida heat! Cannot wait to throw our celebrations here!

Super comfy, welcoming atmosphere. Loved the coffee and space for my kiddos to get some tummy time. Will definitely be back!
