I was there last night with the blonde girl working and she was amazing! I had never had an acai bowl so delicious and she was just so sweet! Give that girl a raise! You need more workers like her!

Whoever the two blonde girls that were working on Friday October 24, refused to serve me, even though I came in 10 minutes before the establish closing time. I flew out of work as fast as I could just to be able to have a Nutelloco bowl. All this was after trying to order online and not being available to. It was a 20 min drive and mange to make it in 16… still they refused.

Disappointed with the service.
Even after requesting multiple times for less base and more fruit, my order still came overloaded. I was charged $15 for a small bowl, which is quite expensive — so I genuinely expected better attention to detail and service for that price.

This is my first time trying this location and their products. Loved the set up. How easy it was to order and how incredibly patient and helpful the wait staff was. The bowl was amazing adorned with fresh fruit and flavor. Definitely will be returning with my daughter.

This is my second time visiting because I thought it would be a nice place to share with my family. I arrived at 8:25 pm and spent $40, but unfortunately, the staff was very rude. While I was sitting and enjoying my açaí bowl with my nephew visiting from Italy, one of the ladies (a skinny blonde woman) turned off the lights at 9:00 pm without saying anything like “excuse me” or “we are about to close.”

I found this very uncomfortable and unprofessional. As a customer, I believe the owner should know this, because I would not recommend a place that treats people this way. Customers deserve courtesy and respect.

!!!!Save yourself the disappointment!!!!
Used to come in here quite a bit at the beginning of last year but I came in a few days ago and honestly, I don’t understand how this place is still open. I came in excited for an açaí bowl and a smoothie, and what I got was overpriced slop that tasted like it came out of a blender someone forgot to clean. The açaí was watery, bland, and somehow managed to taste freezer-burnt AND artificial at the same time. The toppings were sad at best. the fruit was horribly mushy and sinking into my bowl even with granola. The smoothie? Even worse. Thin, grainy, and weirdly warm🤢it was like drinking milkey chalk. For the price they charge, I expected something at least remotely fresh or enjoyable. Instead, I left wondering if I had just been scammed. (News Flash: they did scam me, I threw the food out it was so disappointing)
On top of that, the staff acted like making a bowl AND a smoothie was the biggest inconvenience of their lives. BooHoo😢 you don’t like your job find another one! Preferably one where you don’t interact with people because the lord knows some of this establishments employees can’t handle that. Completely unbothered and checked out! Especially the tallish redhead girl who I think was the manager or assistant manager. If she was either, whoever hired her made a terrible choice. The whole vibe in there felt lazy and sloppy, which pretty much sums up the food too. There are WAY better spots for açaí and smoothies in Jacksonville. Litteraly anywhere else is better than this. Employees are the main driver in customers coming back, safe to say they’ve probably lost alot of customers over their attitudes.👎

I am thankful they have expanded to Jacksonville to provide a fancy fruit meal. I love they provide healthy, refreshing, luxury, and tropical options that mainly use fruit and incorporate some unique ingredients. 🏝️

They wonderfully and carefully create beautiful, healthy bowls. The colorful bowls hold different fresh ingredients.

Their stupid cupid bowl is really sweetly nice with easy strawberries and bananas decorated with coconut, granola, and chocolate.

Bases
Their pitaya base is unique, slightly bitter and coconut base refreshing, pleasantly sweet. I especially like their super fruit, berry, and healthy Açaí base and their less sweet, quality, and incorporated kale green base as a main second option.

Toppings
Some of the toppings I especially like are pineapple, mango, strawberries, blueberries, honey, coconut, and Nutella.

I wish to remember they have gluten free granola. 🌾

Oatmeal
I am super thankful they have the super yummy and flavorful goji berries. I absolutely love to add them to warm oatmeal making the meal extra special. Other oatmeal toppings I include with this are a light amount of brown sugar and banana with possibly slight blueberry or strawberry.

I really appreciate seeing the helpful pictures, using the two base bowl option for variety, and being able to choose which toppings. I wish to continue to pick up yummy bowls. I feel great and healthy after eating and like being able to choose and include some food options which I have not eaten in a while. Also, I wish I had food photos.

I enjoy their pitaya and green base with pineapple, kiwi, coconut, and honey.
