that pizza was the worst pizza i’ve ever had in my life. i really didn’t think it was possible to screw up pizza so badly but it was so bad i couldn’t even eat it, and i was desperately hungry when i ordered it. i should’ve ordered literally anything else because that pizza was so nasty im genuinely sad about it.

The food is good but if you order to go food they never put condiments in. I got mozzarella sticks and there was no marinara sauce and not ketchup for my fries.. this has happened on multiple different occasions

Located in the lower level of a hotel so during the day mid-week was very quiet but because of that, the food came out hot, fast and really good. We were the only table in there on this day so the server/bartender was very attentive. Prices were reasonable. The Cuban sandwich and Club sandwich was really good.

Went here to celebrate my birthday last night and customer service was awesome. Happy hour prices are pretty good. .99 wings Wednesday. I will definitely be back.

I was just looking for a burger for lunch and happened upon Players Grille. Great burger and service... Will definitely go back.

Been in for lunch a couple of times now and both were excellent experiences. The food is consistently delicious and correctly cooked to order, the staff are always friendly and helpful, service and cook times are quick and efficient and the vibe is great.

Player’s Grill is hands down my favorite bar in all of Jacksonville and it’s 100% because of Grace behind the bar. She’s the kind of bartender that makes the whole place feel like home. Super friendly, always on top of things, and just has this energy that makes you want to stay for “one more.”

And the food? Always on point! Doesn’t matter what I order - it’s consistently great every single time.

Seriously, if you’ve never been, make sure you come on a day that Grace is working it’s absolutely worth it. She’s the reason this place stands out from every other bar in town.
