They were SO polite. the customer service was out of this world, and the food was delicious. i got a poké bowl and the lady up front loaded me on all the portions, much more than she needed to, in fact😅. all of the staff was wonderful and attentive. 10/10 experience, they just gained a very loyal customer!!

I am a loyal customer and all I do is get their drinks. They close at 9 on Sundays and I pulled up at 8:55. The cashier didn’t come to the window until 8:58pm and they said they are closed. I told the owner I’ve been siting here waiting and I told her I only get the drinks. They don’t close at 9. They close at 8:50. Crazy when I all I wanted was one thing. You’re supposed to serve until 9pm. I will NOT be back.

I’m trying to figure out who added the Random 3 cokes on to my order without even telling and this how yall get tips ?? I’m confused I was just rob for 4.50 for a tip wow definitely won’t be coming back was getting comfortable coming here but knowing if nobody throws a tips yall feel free and willing open to just take one. I mean the kiosks literally said nothing about adding a drink except the mango tea that was what lost me

I like this type of food normally. But this place was a little disappointing all around.
I have been coming since they took over crazy kitchen. I have noticed that the yum Yum sauce taste water down. Crazy kitchen had better tasting yum yum sauce. The food is good but they need to stop watering down the sauce. And now you charge for yum yum sauce when before you would give it.
