I had a bowl of rice as my poke and one piece of tuna and couple salmon pieces. Not worth $18

I waited patiently for 30 minutes, to order a tea, just for the worker or owner, to take someone else order then act surprised when the customer pointed out that I was next. I mean seriously this is basic service. I seriously wanted to try something new today. This is unacceptable. Both of workers saw me standing there and still took someone else’s order over me… why in the world would I want to spend money after that. Please work on order flow and customer service! I will not be back.

I had ordered the poke burrito with tuna and tofu and brown rice and the rice was so hard like it wasn’t even cooked… I also got avocado in it and pieces of avocado still had the skin on it. The burrito was falling apart so I had to make it into a bowl… 18$ for this is crazy.. ☹️

Attempted to place order online through the official website. They were not able to make a significant portion of the order and state they have no way to cancel or refund on their end. Horrible waste of my time and money.

Honestly this place was awful. Looked decent and the place was clean but the fish immediately looked a bit concerning as you could tell it was not fresh. The shrimp were sitting in a ton of water too. My first bite was immediately concerning as the tuna was extremely fishy. (Mind you i eat raw fish sushi once a week so it’s not an aversion to the taste of tuna)! The salmon was stringy and then I found something hard that resembled a small bone in the bowl. That’s when I threw it away. All I really ate was the rice and veggies as I was starving. Just hoping I don’t get sick. The boba is also not good, hard and flavorless. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Food was amazing and full of flavor. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff were wonderful and attentive. This is definitely a new favorite spot!
