Food is a fairly known quantity. Went through drive through window this afternoon and evidently they ran out of chicken. They never said anything or offered us an opportunity to wait for more to be done. Found out when we got home and found breast and thigh just chopped in half to make six pieces into the 8 pieces of a whole chicken. Have had order shorted by them too many times. Will not go back! Don't waste your money there.
Very unprofessional this polo tropical used to be one of the favorite places I go especially because I work so close the lady that was working shift around 3:20 PM today was very rude and unprofessional. She also called her manager stank along with that her manager was very unprofessional also, and did not have a welcoming persona while I was trying to place my order, she kept trying to correct me on how to place it along with her talking to her coworkers in the background

Food was subpar. Chicken was very dry and seems like it had been cooked for quite some time. There were 5-6 short dark hairs in the rice. Bread for Cuban sandwich was soggy on the bottom and extremely hard on top.
