OMG! This is the sleeper of fast food! The service was incredible. I told Blaisha that I was doing low carb (because I have a tendency to overshare ?) and she went back and got me three sauces that were low sugar that I could try with my grilled chicken! It was the best day ever! I love good sauce and nice people. She is also very knowledgeable about the menu.The chicken comes in two large breasts and is better than chic fil a. Just more juicy, tender and better spiced…and you get two chicken breasts and a salad for less than $10!!Please go and tell me I’m wrong. They are doing it right! I have now been twice in two days. In the past this location 964 was the best but now it’s a mess, Bad quality and serviceUncooked Black beans, (Black beans in water literally, no salt, no nothing and smell like a wet towel) Missing items, like Brown rice, No sauce, No spoon for dessert, incorrect meat . a lot of people don’t eat pork and they change chicken dark meat for whatever else?????, plus you call no body answer , you Left message Nobody responds ?? what’s up with this place in the last 3 Yrs ??( I visit this place for over 10 years and I can’t forget the Hispanic manager, any complaints he apologized and take actions, respond the calls… Now they are Blind and invisible?? )this is two of 4, I try to eat adding seasoning but smells so bad, 1-don’t look like dark meat they put chicken thigh & wing super dry ,and another with dark meat but looks incomplete and another 2 just Water Beans and 1 wings, NO Brown rice?? Door dash it’s complicated and this place no answer?? all end in my office trash can.( it’s not the frist time ,last time they forget all 4 Black beans, sauces, silverware..)
What a bad experience! I asked for a regular tropichop with mojo roast pork.This is what I got, rarely any meat. And the bowl was half way down.NEVER COMING BACK!Not to mention the girl at the drive though was rude.
Was excited to visit for the first time however The ONLY reason this is not a one star review is the hourly workers here and I feel awful for them 4 of us went to dinner they were out of everything we ordered first and so much more all of their advertisements in the lobby were unavailable out of almost all drinks the food we did end up getting was obviously old and dry the workers were very gracious and apologetic unbelievable that management and corporate view this as an acceptable position to put your employees and customers in. Absolutely appalling, will never visit again. Definitely needs to take notes from other locations
I've been to a lot of their locations from South Florida to Jacksonville, and this has to be the worst. I was there about 11:15 and the cashier was inattentive, simply stating "we don't have no Diet Coke", I asked if they had unsweetened tea, "no" I wasn't offered anything else, so I cancelled my drink, I wasn't given my receipt, I wasn't greeted or thanked. They weren't busy, so I'm not certain as to the problem, but it was really disappointing. However, considering that I work at a staffing agency and know what's available in the workforce, I can forgive that. But the black beans tasted off and my chicken was a bit dry, something totally unexpected from Pollo Tropical. And I was bragging on your chain to my brother telling him that he had to try you guys because it's always good no matter where you go. Because this is my first bad experience. But I'll be back. 1 out of 100 ain't bad. But that young man needs manners.
Food is good but half the time they don't have enough or any food cooked. The other half they mess the order up. They forget some of the food often but this time, the pork I ordered came in a small individual container not the large one that comes with the family meal. I lost about $12 Worth of food on a $35 order. I can't imagine coming back here again.

My husband and I really enjoy Pollo Tropical. The last time we were in Florida it was pre pandemic, so somethings have changes as expected but the food was still very good.
I just literally left this horrible establishment with my family meal. I ordered the family meal that comes a whole chicken and 2 sides like I have many times before and asked for dark meat only. The young lady took my order and I guess a lady who may have been a manager yelled at the young lady and said that my order could not be dark meat only and that she had told her that before. This lady takes my receipt to start the refund that I requested. She hands the receipt back to me because apparently she can't administer the refund for some reason and proceeds to fix my order the way I ordererd. The young man that handed me my sides wasn't too bad he actually spoke to me and handed me the food. The lady that I assume is the manager placed the order of the dark meat on the counter and walked off. Some of the staff act like they didn't want to be there and were very unprofessional. The only apology given was from the young lady that took my order. Oh and I added an order of plantains that I did not get. That was my last time going to that Atlantic location.
First time at this location. Service was good and my tropichop bowl was delicious. Was out of mango habanero sauce so I tried the cilantro sauce instead and it was good.

I placed two orders through drive through and the lady was super polite and patient with me. The food was delicious. They weee out of a sauce I like but they had others. The employee was wonderful she was a young Hispanic girl and I went in on Saturday early afternoon.
Wish there was a zero. I was here on 8.27.22 everything was disgusting!! the service, food. And my order all wrong. Ask for darkmeat got all white. Ask for yellow rice and corn got only rice. Asked for crispy chicken sandwich they had none. Ask for wings told me it would me 8 min. Ok looks like I will be in line that long anyways. Get to the window guy takes my card, no greeting or anything just rude. Anywho the lady who took my order appears to the window and says u had the wings pull over there its going to be 8 min. The guy who took my money/card gives me bag with my order. I look in bag and on top are my wings. What the hell is going on here? I use to frequently visit this place. The food use to be halfway decent, But then stopped and had not been in a while. I know why. I will not be returning just nasty. BTW I remember now I only went because something was going on at CHIC FIL A -next store and they were not open at the moment.
Called ahead of time to ask if they had soup. I was told yes...upon arrival, MOD said I have to go to Miami for that. A wasted trip. Thanks for nothing.Two days prior, I was in Orlando and had a great meal at Pollo which included the chix soup . It was awesome.
If I could give zero stars I would! I always have a problem with this store for some reason but this was the worst experience. And because I placed an order through Uber, they can’t address the POOR customer service provided! This is just wrong!I ordered an avocado grilled chicken salad and I got a bowl of LETTUCE only with Caesar dressing! I didn’t get my side either!
Ordered the quesadilla wrap…received nothing but chicken and cheese drowned in sauce…..had to scrape out the chunks of cheese to eat it
