Wednesday November 27 2024 7:30 pm the location nearest town center. The man behind the counter looked annoyed because i had questions, it was my first time and i told him it was. I ordered the tropical trio to go He corrected the way i said the word tropical and gave me a dirty look. When I got home my food was the tropical trio BUT the chicken was one chicken wing. I asked friends who have ordered the tropical trio and was told it should have been a regular piece of chicken, not just a small wing. The employees in the back all had angry looks on their faces and the employees in the front were rude.

Showed up at 10pm after long family vacation drive. Went to order chicken for the family when they said they had no cooked chicken, and it would be a 1 hour wait just to cook it and they close in 1 hour. Pollo tropical with no chicken.. rediculous.

I really thought after complaining with uber eats they’d be able to get an order correct from this place. I was wrong! That was the very last $200 lunch order they’ll ever get from us.
I appreciate the reply, but as I already contact your restaurant once regarding this issue... I like my solution better... we'll order lunch from another establishment that checks the orders before sending them out.

Pollo tropical used to be my go to for takeout. Unfortunately, their quality has drastically changed. The last two visits were very disappointing They forgot items and served cold dried out chicken. It was awful. I called to complain and received a partial credit. I went back and ordered and it was much the same as the first time. Cold and old fried yuca and dried out chicken. Had I not checked the bag there would have been missing items for the second time. It’s no wonder on both visits the store had no customers. What a shame. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
Not sure what family this is supposed to feed. And... What happened to the sauce bar??!!! WTH Pollo Tropical??! The only reason I am rating the service high is because the person at the location was nice. And... The promotion for a free Tropichop is BS. This was my first time ordering online with the app and did I get the free promotional Tropichop? No. Apparently I have to have points or some BS. Whatever. I hadn't been to Pollo Tropical in a while... Every since they took their delicious chicken soup off their menu. And now I know that I won't be going back. And I'm deleting the app I downloaded.

Ordered on the app for a tropichop and plantains like usual. Never had a problem at this location until now. They forgot my order of plantains and on top of that, they barely put any chicken in my tropichop. I’ve worked in restaurants before, it’s not that hard to make sure you double check and get it right.

Listen, this location is pretty decent… but I got a sweet tea the last two times when I explicitly stated unsweet tea… it’s all good I’ll just die of a diabetic coma. I won’t learn my lesson though, I’ll keep coming back for that perfect rice.
