Placed my online order at 9:38 and still had to sit there waiting for an hour to get it even though there was only two other people in the building. Got home and my entire order was wrong. Extremely unacceptable and disappointing. Would not recommend this place whatsoever.
My wife ordered on DoorDash for pick up an hour prior when told it was going to be ten minutes. Waited 30 minutes for the pick up when in store. Food sat without lid uncovered for ten minutes while being prepared. Not a single person at the establishment eating but all waiting for food.
I ordered an avocado cilantro garlic tropi chop and there was no avocado, so I go inside and Captain Jack sparrow smile and told me oh yea we don’t have avocado, why was I not told Takeand I got charged for something I didn’t even get,

I went for food and we ordered pernil, a family menu and a flan. They didn't put anything we asked for, they gave us only dry chicken, rice and bananas. The flan never arrived. No meat and we got a really tough chicken. We paid $40 for everything and they didn't give us even half of the service. And we live far from there. We cannot return to complain. a pity

Chicken over cooked, in some cases burned
This Pollo Tropico has given me other peoples food so many times. I never notice until I get home (my fault... I should have checked my order). I called corporate the last time this happened and they sent me a gift card with no money on it! 😩. Please do Better.
