I'm from Tally, I enjoyed the food,the pull pork, was really good, seasoned to perfection, but your lobby can use an update,n the trash can in the lobby looks bad,it needs cleaning.,inspection comes around, u gonna get a write up for that.

The floor in the dining room was very sticky,dirty and also to my despair I found that they don't offer Caribbean Chicken Soup.What happened with it?The service personnel were very kind though.

In ordered 2 Family Meals for my boss birthday here at work. Family meals comes with 4 rolls, so I should've had 8 rolls.I call, got corporate, he says he can give me $10 off. I told him no, replace one of the family meals, that's your fault, and this same exact thing happened before, and they had to replace my meal. Keep your $10, replace 1 of my family meals.Update: They are such a liar!!How are you even going to look into something, when you have no way of contacting me.It's a shame they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR MISTAKES. I WANT MY FAMILY MEAL REPLACED. THEN THEY SIT EVERYTHING INSIDE THE BAG, AND SIT THE THIN STYROFOAM WORK CHICKEN ON THE BOTTOM, AND IT WAS FLAT, SMASHED, AND THE JUICE HAD SPILLED INTO THE BAG, IT WAS WET. WHY PUT THE CHICKEN AT THE VERY BOTTOM.I WOULD LIKE 1 OF MY FAMILY MEALS REPLACED!!!!!

Haven’t been to one of these in awhile. Love the food at these restaurants. During my visit they were out of a few things… said it was a national issue. No worries… just got something they had. Was good as well.

Employees have NO customer service training. Bad experience with the no recognition just walking around you, no hello, glad you are here nothing so we left after a few minutes because out of 6 employees not a single person help us.

Order # 25390707528630277I ordered this order to be ready by 2:34pm I go to the drive through to pick it up and they are telling me someone already has. Is this a joke? Do you not check people's order numbers? Now we had to convince them we didn't take it so they could now remake my already made and given away order. Update: I have now received my order, but the thing is you guys didn't check the order number for the person who got My order. Prevent this please! March 15th 2024
The food is lacking when compared to other stores in Florida. Their sweet plantains is a favorite though. They are affordable and located very near the Jax airport... But I would pick other options beforehand.
We enjoy eating here but it would be nice to be told there's a 20 minute wait before paying for the food...especially ordering through the drive through.

Pollo Tropical's customer service and food are consistently excellent, however, when I requested fresh rotisserie chicken and was willing to wait, the management was very argumentative with me as a customer, which left me confused.
