The most incompetent store I have visited. I waited over twenty minutes for fresh chicken and these incompetent didn't have my order. I got really a gey as I waited as they packaged up call-in orders. Good help is hard to find. Just plan worthless employees. By the way, they wanted .e to wait another ten minutes. Nope. Give me my damn .money back.

Worst location in the city. Workers are lazy, immature, and spiteful. They get mad if you want fresh chicken but who wouldn't want hot, fresh food that they're paying their money for? Myself and two other customers had to wait over 45 minutes just to get fresh chicken. Mind you, there were only a few pieces of mild up there and the worker had stated that that chicken had been up there for over an hour. I somehow think they dropped old chicken, tried to refry what had been sitting up there. Personally, they should fire everyone and start from scratch on teaching customer service, providing quality food, etc..

Traveling Boss Lady

Came to this Popeye's location around 6-7pm and there wasn't a line at all. Clean and new feel to the location although I know this store has been open at least 4 years. Just went to the drive thru to order combo #1 Classic Chicken Sandwich with 2 sides and large drink and a biscuit. Person who took the order was distracted and was talking to another employee which confused me because I thought she was talking to me. I didn't find it professional while taking an order that the employee was speaking to someone else. Even if the customer can't see you because they're ordering at the drive thru, your full attention should be given equally whether they're in person inside the store or outside. If it's unavoidable, you can always put yourself on mute or excuse yourself if need be. Other than the customer service, all is good.

PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. WE ORDERED THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU WITH NOONE IN LINE. THE GUY STATED THAT HE WOULD BRING US OUR FOOD. AFTER ABOUT 20 MINS WE HAD TO GO IN. EVERYONE ACT LIKE THEY HAD AN ATTITUDE. THE KID THAT WORKED THERE AT FORST GAVE US COLD FOOD, AFTER ASKING HIM TO MAKE IT OVER HE GAVE ATTITUDE. THE MANAGER TOLD SOME PEOPLE COMIG IN THAT HE WAS NOT TAKING ANYMORE ORDERS TILL THEY CAUGHT UP. THE STAFF HERE ARE RUDE. WE SPENT ABOUT 35 DOLLARS HERE ITS SAD TO WALK IN THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible service . The employees could care less. They are rude , Even the manager is unprofessional. Dont waste your money and check out all the complaints and watch the automated response from the company saying sorry maybe next time your visit will be better.

DONT respond to my post about how you strive to do anything about service because it’s a bald-faced lie at this location. You guys do not care about any of the customers that come to this establishment I don’t even understand how people at this establishment have jobs. They do not care about providing service or quality in their food. I highly don’t recommend anyone come to this location. Go to another location. They need to close this one down. No one should come here that’s why there’s barely any line. Normally Popeyes has a line because of the location that’s why there’s no line. No one wants to come here and get their food here because it’s low-quality low service always have to get my money back.

I’m not sure who’s managing this establishment, but I certainly wouldn’t spend my money here again. The staff was unprofessional and appeared disinterested in serving customers. I went through the drive-thru, where there were no cars in line and very few people inside. After waiting for about five minutes, I approached the window and asked if anyone was taking orders. The employee looked visibly annoyed by my question, which was frankly surprising. These are the same people asking for $20 an hour? If I were in charge of this restaurant, I’d consider making some significant changes to the staff. The level of service here is unacceptable.” Popeyes do better.
