Shantel was at the register and she was doing a great job handling the customers as they came in and the door dash deliveries. Her service was phenomenal and the food was hot and tasted great

My family and myself often eat at this location but many times before we go we mentally prepare ourselves for either terrible customer service or an incorrect order. Today Darriona gave the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! My wife and I was in the drive thru and talking to Darriona made us feel like we were ordering in a chick fil la line. She was respectful, sweet sounding and used PLEASE & THANK YOU !!!! PROMOTE THIS YOUNG LADY ANF GIVE HER A RAISE !!!!! I pray the next time we come back it’s on her shift. Thank you again Darriona for giving the best customer service.

It's a sad day to finally have to give a poor rating to a Popeye's that should be higher than anything around in this busy neighborhood. First of all, this rating reflects the last 5 times I've visited. Either the staff is EXTREMELY slow or is being yelled at by the manager in front of customers or they're giving you old chicken that's been sitting out all day or just basic customer service skills are non-existent. It use to not be this way and this is going inside the restaurant. The Drive-Thru is no better with wait times exceeding well over 8-10 min just to order and 15 minutes to drive up and get the order.
I said 5 times recently. YES 5 because I always gave the benefit of the doubt and also gave leniency on different shift times and staff, but it broke my heart when I went the UberEats route to avoid going in the store and it still let me down. 5 times is more than generous to give this store location 5 chances to do better.
My recent order was their famous chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were not ticked/checked to show the difference between a Ghost Pepper or a classic sandwich. The outside chicken bag to keep them warm SPECIFICALLY is designed for them to mark which is which. When you have between 4-6 sandwiches in one carry out bag to feed a family, (WHICH AIN'T CHEAP) you can't tell which is which and we don't have time to bite into each sandwich to figure that out. I still don't know if they even gave me the correct order. They all look the same.
It's useless to try to hand out sandwiches to your family not knowing who can eat what and if one person is allergic to what spice or whatever the case may be. Circle It, Check, It, X It, Underline It and take the time to let the customer know. The buns were not toasted, but slightly soggy. No toppings like the pickle was on any of the sandwiches, and they were put together very sloppily.
On top of that, if you paid for the extra sauces, place them in the bag. I call fraud on anyone taking my money without giving me my goods. Not only is that a deceptive business practice, that is fraud plain and simple for which you can dispute the order with your card company because they did not deliver the goods in good faith. It's an extra step they don't expect you to go through to recoup some chump change, but there are people out there that will because it's their chump change.
This is the SECOND TIME this has happened where I paid for something and didn't get it and had to either go back to the store with receipt or wait more inside or in the drive thru until they got it right. I normally check the bag before leaving, but this time I could not and now this happened online.
It just ain't right to keep getting bad service.

I ordered the summer bundle x 2. This is an order of chicken dippers with sauce, a chicken Wrap and a lemonade. Everything was stone cold and I didn't receive the sauces for the dippers. The pink lemonade was great!

Worst popeyes in Jax (Argyle Forest blvd). Always rude and slow. Just now was told the 3 for $5 deal is actually $6 at this location. Corporate may wanna take notice of this poorly ran store who apparently has thieves running it how ever they want too. Oh yeah, spicy chicken has no spice. Hasn't since the day they opened. Sad, I have a popeyes like this 2 miles from my house, yet have to go to one 20 minutes away to get spicy chicken and not get ripped off. Management and most workers at that location is aweful.

I’ve ordered from this location multiple times. It’s the only chicken place close to me. Every time there’s always something wrong with my order. Even the employees have bad attitudes that need to be fixed. They will refuse to correct your order if it’s wrong %100. There was one time I got screamed at when I ordered 3pc tenders with fries, mac and cheese, and paid extra for sauces. It’s clear as day in the receipt what I ordered. all I ended up getting is a chicken breast and nothing else. Today when I ordered off of DoorDash the driver told me he couldn’t get the drink with my meal because they yelled at him for asking.Also Every time I’ve ordered something spicy it’s always made plain. Another day it took a whole hour and half to get my food. There’s even more bad experiences from this!!! Do not go here if you want amazing service at all. This place needs to be shut down and replaced. Even the dollar general gets more customers than this trash.
The workers are so rude when they’re the ones that messed up your order. I don’t know why nothings been done about it. There’s so many reviews already about how rude they can be. Wouldn’t order from here again.

The actual food was really good, but they gave me ranch that was old and spoiled, you could tell it hasn’t been refrigerated. They had no lids for cups, no straws, gave me no napkins. They were taking their time with no sense of urgency. I had ordered ahead of time on the app to pick it up and not only was it not ready when it said it would be but I went inside, showed them my online order and they continued to take all the other people in line before me. They had another girl specifically on online orders and you could tell she was new, she had no idea what she was doing and nobody helping her, the other person with an online order like me was in the same boat. I love Popeyes, the food is always great and tastes like you expect and want it to. But I’m almost always disappointed in the service you get there. I waited inside at least 30 minutes after the time my app said the order would be ready
