I have gone here 2 times and both times I have had to wait a long time to get my food. They did give us our food and refund our money but that was only because one of the employees was working and it seemed she was the only one who cared. The rest maybe 4 or 5 were shuffling feet at a snails pace, no sense of urgency or care. I feel if that one employee wasn't working I would not have gotten my food or a refund.
Love popeyes and the employees do very good at getting the food ready in a timely fashion.

I have visited this location several times and the chicken has yet to be good. It's not flavored/ seasoned well. I will continue to travel to Normandy Blvd location... it's favorable, hot and much better. Please do better Argyle... you all would get much more business.
