employees don’t care to take your order either.
Went thru the drive thru on Thursday around 7pm and the manager on duty told me I couldn’t order my order thru the drive thru because 3 two piece boxes was too much to order thru the drive thru that I had to come in so I come in for no one to acknowledge me after 8 minutes of standing there once I started to order the cashier started saying we don’t have this or we don’t have that I cancelled my whole order and went somewhere else I refuse to pay for something I really don’t want and not only that how do you not have all sides to offer at 7pm 🤦‍♀️

Well as I was ordering the young lady rushed me through my order , gave me mild instead of spicy, the chicken was old and dry . When you get home who wants to go back after a long day at work I threw it all away 🤬 a waste of money . To the owner please don’t comment because you’re not doing anything to Change the horrible food and service @ your establishment !!!!!

The 1833 Kings Road location is straight trash. The employees are rude and NEVER get your order right. I ordered 2 Chicken Sandwich's, Fries and 2 Biscuits. I received 1 Sandwich and 1 Biscuit. That's it. Was my order to complicated? The place wasn't even busy, as it was 2:45 PM on a Thursday. No one else was even there. I see in the reviews where this happens a lot with other people. And yes, they will get you the other items if you go back. And the owner praises how the team went above and beyond to help. But if they are so great. Why didn't they go above and beyond on the order when placed. Why should I have to drive back up there for it to be right. Lazy Management, lazy employees that just don't care.

Im back bringing a 3 for $6 back, because the smells like it was cooked in burned or old oil. The same employee that was outside talking on the phone, when I was here 20 minutes ago, was still out front doing the same; as customers are speeding off ( as they are out of chicken). The person that was outside front talking on the phone, was the manager, as he had to come in and issue my refund. I wanted wings but they were out. Not sure why they are open until 11pm when they run out of food before 10:30? IAs I've said before, the stores in the 32209 zip code are subpar and have a poor customer service.
