I will never go this place ever again. I dont care if it was the last place on earth to eat . I rather eat dirt. They burn chicken. No customer service at all. The place is soo smokey. They need a new owner or a new crew or something or just shut it down.

If you catch them with hot food it's great if they get your order right.... but never go after 9pm.. the service sucks and they will never have food

This is the worst Popeyes in Jacksonville. Wait 40 minutes for 2 3 piece chicken orders. Manager see the line of people waiting and does nothing. Crew is lost. No chicken in bin and finally ask to drop more so waiting 15 plus minutes. Cashiers pants sagging and boxers showing. Girl getting receipts off and just stacking them up to the side. No straws or lids in lobby. Bathrooms nasty and store needed to be deep cleaned. Drive thru customers having to come in to get correct food. This store needs some desperate help..

This place has the same good food as all Popeyes...but the service sucks..waiting 30 min on 2 pieces of chicken and 2 sides is ridiculous... management needs to step up to the plate .

James handled the water damage in our ceiling with care and efficiency. Highly satisfied!

The front door is broken out and there is a wood panel over it.
After the lady at the register had finished talking with her boyfriend she looked at me; no "may I help you sir" or "welcome to Popeyes", just "okay". Employees were also on their cellphones while there were customers waiting in line. The breast was chewy which is an indication of not being fully cooked; the thigh was also a little pink inside and not hot. I am a proponent of increasing the minimum wage; but not for the crew I encountered at this Popeyes', as their performance and work ethic seems to be very minimal and marginal. The owner and or manager should feel ashamed that their restaurant does not even rank as a 4.0/B rating. I'm not sure if the location on Main St and on Kings Rd are managed/owned by the same person as both are substandard and poorly operated. They will not see me again and I hope that this poor review curtails future patronage.
