FOR IT TO HAVE BEEN MY FIRST TIME VISITING THIS LOCATION THE SERVICE SURE WAS SH!TTY AND SO WAS THE SMELL IN THE STORE. IT WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL. THE YOUNG LADY WHO WAS STILL THERE WHO HAD ORIGINALLY CLOCKED OUT AT 4PM (IT WAS THEN 4:30) SHOULD'VE JUST TAKEN HERSELF HOME. IT WAS BAD ENOUGH THE STORE SMELLED LIKE BUTT & FOR HER ATTITUDE TO BE @SS AS WELL MADE THE EXPERIENCE EVEN WORST!

I went to Popeyes at 9.23pm after checking the website that state this location close at 11pm I wanted to purchase a chicken sandwich combo the cashier advised no fillets then I asked for a 3 piece chicken I didn’t say spicy or mild and the cashier stated they only have breast, if the store doesn’t close until 11pm I am not sure why they would not cook any more chicken or had any more sandwiches

Well keep nice and clean plus best of all friendly staff along with great tasting chicken.

I had a terrible experience at this Popeyes location. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional, with no regard for customer service. To make matters worse, the manager was no help at all—she was ignoring her customers and seemed completely unaware of how to process a mobile order refund. It’s disappointing that a manager wouldn’t be knowledgeable about basic procedures. In addition, I noticed that the place was very dirty and needed a good scrub down. So sad.

This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and it’s safe to say I won’t be coming back to this location. I hope corporate takes note and addresses these issues.

Terrible service and absolutely ridiculous to sit in line 5 minutes and be told 8-10 minutes before food is ready and then a half hour later when you go inside and check on the status of your food, they tell you they haven’t even started on it yet!!! The saddest part is they weren’t even that damn busy, it was like 3 cars waiting on food and somehow they managed to get other people behind us that just ordered out of line! That pissed me off and the manager had the audacity to be sitting in the lobby talking on the phone, never again will I come back to this location.

Food was great, came in with my dad. Chaquita overheard us mention we didn’t have our bacon and cheese and she apologized and insisted she sent us away with to-go sandwiches on top of the two we already had. Atmosphere was great, everyone was really friendly! Best Popeyes experience in the area hands down!

It was very busy during dinner time Saturday night, there was a few impatient customers due to the level of busyness. However our order was taken by Jazmine and she was absolutely phenomenal, she is actually the reason I decided to write a 5 star review. She was kind, calm and efficient. Popeyes need more employees like her!

Service is terrible!!! I’ve tried going to this location like three times, because it’s convenient, but the customer service is the worse!!! They always get your order wrong and give you attitude about it. It is a shame that I have to go to Argyle for decent service. Something really needs to be done, asap!
