Do not order through the Popeyes app from this location. I placed my order at 7:00pm which is one full hour before the mall closes and when I got there all they could tell me was that they don’t have any chicken. The manager had to converse with me using Google translate. This is obviously a franchise owned by someone Hispanic because everyone there is Hispanic and all speak broken English while keeping it in the family. I’m all for anyone being able to have the American dream of owning their own business, but you need to be able to communicate in English here in America. I will never order from this location again. I’m sure this isn’t the experience that Popeyes wants for their customer base, but there has to be consequences for a poor franchisee representing their name!

If you think it's okay to charge .50¢ for a basic human right such as water, you're as delusional as the person running the state. Also, make sure your employees can understand English. How else are people supposed to place orders? Nothing wrong with bilingual workers, but if the guy at the Sbarro pizza has to tell you I asked for water for my 5 year old, that clearly shows the person doesn't know English or understand it.

Service was great, and food was decently good, but charging $1.08 for a refill is a joke. Just for being so miserable, I feel 1 star rating is well deserved (1 star for the owner or the one in charge of that decision). Extremely overpriced, too.

It's in the mall. Didn't get our takeout order right. Was supposed to be 3 breasts, 3 thighs, 3 legs, 3 wings. Got 0 breasts, 4 legs, 3 wi gs and 5 thighs. Food was good though.
