These young people in this fast food industry needs to learn what customer service is. Leave the hood in the hood and come to work being professional. You can go a long way. There is no reason there should be attitude when you're taking a person's order. The girl that took my order was rude and she definitely needs an attitude adjustment! Usually I'm good at this location, but today was not it.

Ordered 12 honey barbecue wings and ghost pepper sandwich, it took 20 minutes just to move the line in drive thru when I got my food this is what they gave me. Yal got to do better that's just plain lazy.

I recently visited this Popeyes on Dunn Ave, which is operated by Sailormen Inc., a company that manages several franchises in the region, including this one in Jacksonville, FL. Donna Hudson is listed as one of the managers here, though details about her specific role are limited. Unfortunately, the service is incredibly disappointing for a new establishment.

The staff is unprofessional and uninterested in serving customers. When I ordered a large mango sweet tea, I was given a medium and told there was only one size. Then, I attempted to order a 4-piece tender with no sides and was told I had to buy the combo. It felt more like an upsell than a genuine mistake.

Other reviewers have faced similar issues: incorrect orders, long waits, and rude service. One customer pointed out that after ordering spicy chicken, they were given classic instead. Another mentioned waiting 35 minutes for a chicken sandwich. The conditions of the restaurant are also appalling, with the men’s restroom being reported as filthy.

Despite being a major player in fast-food operations in the southeast, Sailormen Inc., which operates this Popeyes, has allowed this location to spiral into chaos. For a restaurant that should be focused on delivering quick and accurate service, this Popeyes is failing at even the most basic level of customer care. The Barthell Family Trust may own the property, but it's clear that proper management is sorely lacking here.

Every time I go here there is an issue with my food/order. Tried giving them time to get better because it is a new store but today I’m done. Today I go and get an Apple pie and literally had paper fried to it and then they rolled it in cinnamon and sugar with the paper still on it, placed it in the container and sold it. Can’t make this up. I know they had to see it because I see it as soon as I got home and opened it. They do not care about quality and it shows.

The has been advertise for weeks, and they will not honor it I don’t understand why advertise it …
The manger is no help at all and every time I have come they forget something and this tops it I won’t be back I’m done .
