Love that popeyes

The light skin heavy set lady on front counter is very much rude and fast talks with an attitude and I feel very unwelcome as a customer is sad they kept running out of chicken and had along wait time I’m very disappointed I feel that the crew needs some more customers service training

I had the three-piece spicy chicken special in the family size red beans and rice the lady was really nice I've been there before they do a great job. The one on Kings road does an absolute horrible job I had tried stopping in there cuz it's on my route and I drive right by it and I've been displeased several tymes before I found this one and it's only three blocks from my route definitely worth it 😎. Tina loves the red beans and rice ❤️

The food was good but the service was good as well but she was making to many jokes with isn't bad but if she wasn't making jokes I could have got my food a little faster but overall great

The photo is false advertisment and it is an old building. Very slow but nice service on night crew. Food was okay but wouldn't go out of the way to go to this location.

I go to Popeyes 2-3 a week and pretty much order the same thing and always get the chili sauce and have been paying bout .50 cents on this day 12-13-24 I stop by this one on mcduff ave and they tried to charge me .80 cents for some sauce and I asked why and the guy tells me that’s what they have to charge for that particular sauce cause they have to put it in a cup then the manager John starts to telling me we have to pay for these cups and the lids that’s why we charge that amount I’m like wow . In a business I don’t think it’s the customer fault or problem how much you have to pay for your inventory that’s not professional at all.. I won’t be going back to this one

It's sadly to say after visiting this location for the 3rd time I have experience bad customer service from all staff including management. When ordering meals as posted off the daily menu staff is open to reply that certain chicken suggestions is not available not once but on all 3 of my visits here... After asking for fresh chicken to be dropped there's a complete total change of the employee's attitude So I makes a comment to employee that I'm BUYING not BEGGING & there job to customers should be to please a paying customer. With all the tension I make sure the location never receives another Brown penny of my hard working money

The food was really good, the cashier that helped me in the drive-thru was friendly; however, the wait was a bit long.
