This location has gone to the dumps. It's dirty. The food hardly ever fresh. The wait is insane and the employees are just terrible(some not all) This store will be closed soon. The ratings & reviews are accurate. For the record this is being typed after sitting in line 30 mins(at the window because speaker is always broken). I literally hate leaving bad reviews but this none sense is continual. No need to tell me not to go there If its that bad. Today helped me decide I will never patronize this establishment again.

Terrible. Waited an hour for a pickup that was paid for. Waited 30 minutes at the speaker and another 30 on the parking lot. Tried to cancel it while waiting and the app wouldn’t let me! How great! Oh and when I finally got my food it was literally solid cold. What a joke. Terrible location, terrible workers, rude as can be. Not only that the customers themselves are rude and like to cut people in line. Terrible experience

Waited over 15 mins for honey dippers when I was told only 3 mins. Which I work for popeyes and make this daily i shouldn't have been waiting in a order 5 mins after mine for popcorn shrimp when my dippers went down. As a employee this isn't good at another location to see happen.

The absolute best chicken sandwich I have ever had coming from any Popeyes. It was fresh and crispy. My bread was toasted with butter. The chicken was so delicious and filling. I ate the entire thing and normally half is usually discarded. 🤤 Service was fast and top tier.
