Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Yamoka ( I hope I spelled this correctly) was the epitome of the way, customer service should be. I went through the drive-through and her greeting was to absolute perfection, so from the very first second she spoke it was perfect and welcoming. I was so blown away that I parked and went inside to thank her again. She was so motivational towards her coworkers and the vibe and atmosphere felt so warm and welcoming. She is not the manager, but truly should be. She should really train others. There was a customer who came in after me whose order was not correct and they had a horrible attitude because of it and the way that she turned it around within a matter of seconds really blew me away. Popeyes, you guys are so blessed to have somebody like her on your team. I will be back just because of her.

Way to go on that service!!! Caring when knowbody ever cares anymore. Keep it up!

Baby, I don’t know who’s cooking tonight but they need a raise!!! My chicken sandwich was still on point it makes up for all the times you forgot to put my biscuits in the bag!!! I’m over here singing “I love that Chicken from Popeyes”

It is so sad to say that the young lady behind the register was very lovely but when I received my chicken it was dark which means it was dry in nothing but old oil and the same with my french fries which I threw out immediately due to the fact that I was on the road and I had 4 hour drive ahead of me. I did not have time to turn around and address this with them in the store so I am posting this so people please check your chicken before you leave the store if it's dark then that means it was dry in old oil and get a fresh batch of chicken

Gosh there slow . Not even busy . After waiting for them to take my order for ten minutes I just left

I went to this location with one of the coupons they send out in the mint and I love Popeyes so I have the app! Well on this day I went through the drive thru and asked for the $10.99 dark special mild it’s around 11:15am the cashier (female) tells me they only have 1 drumstick in mild and I would have to get 4 thighs and one drumstick So I’m trying to explain to my hubby(who was on the phone)what the girl said… she starts talking over me while I was speaking to my husband. So I tell her to give me a minute to explain to him what you explained to me… she went silent. So I say into the mic I’ll take the 4 thighs and 1 leg and I begin to pull to window. When I get to window the cashier(girl) begins to argue with me saying “you didn’t say you wanted the 4 thighs and 1 leg” then I said to her “ I wanted it” and was attempting to pay . When she proceeds to argue with me. I told her straight up I do not have to argue with you and pulled away from drive thru. I’ve avoided going to this particular Popeyes because every time I go to this location it’s always a female there that’s being rude! Horrible Horrible Service STAY AWAY I only gave 1 star just so I can tell people not to go to this establishment!!!

Terrible customer service……Fire the entire store down to management and try to hire people who are professional. The entire staff is rude down to the older black manager guy just simple rude. People work hard for their money and deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism nothing short of that. This staff needs to go through training on how to greet customers when they enter the establishment. How to say say you’re welcome when customers say thank you. How to say would you like to order anything else instead of saying What else and Is That It…. Do better

This location didn’t have any sides. How do you not have sides? Just close your store and re-open until you can at least sell a combo meal. No one wants chicken without any sides.

My past two experiences have been horrible I ordered mild chicken on two different occasions and was given spicy chicken . I took a break from this location now for the past two days they can’t sale any food because they don’t have food containers today they don’t have any sides the manager is rude and the employee who is working drive thru

That won’t make you sick ? other popeyes in jax will beware!!! This one is clean and makes the chicken ? fresh!!! Only Popeyes I go to in Jacksonville.

So slow and no teamwork in the front of the store. No one even greated me. I went there after 15 mins from pre-ordering online and I still winded up waiting 30 plus minutes.....in store... Not gonna lie.. food was good but.... Service sux and nobody knows what heck their doing. No organization. No communication. Kinda strange for there being a manager on deck.
