Employees just didn't want to be there

Food is always great, the employees do their best to keep up with the rushes but inevitably it is very slow service usually and a lot of drama usually unfolds here due to customers complaints about wait times.

They are truly terrible got my meal and my kids and got home and I didn’t have but 2 pieces of chicken in my 3 piece and no biscuit and the kids had 1 chicken tender in there kids meal and no kids toy….whats the point of the kids meal? And when they brung out the food instead of bringing it to my side they waited until I rolled down my passenger side window to reach over my kid to grab everything horrible experience

The customers in this area are always rude to the staff even when they doing their best. It needs to be a policy about rude customer

They will tell you to pull around bring your order to you and never do or will. You will have to go inside. today I used their app to pay in advance on my lunch break and I got there went to drive thru and waited like they said 15 mins go by then I went inside and they couldn’t even find my order despite them telling me to pull around and wait for them to bring my order out when I went through the drive through. I wasted my thirty min lunch break and never received any food due to running out of time dealing with these people. Don’t order and pay through the app you will never receive your order. If you use the app pay in person only. These are older people working at Popeyes for a reason. No customer service skills or any type of management skills. And they wanna offer a coupon to deal with their app and employees again as a resolution

Ordered on DoorDash and received incorrect and burnt tasting food they also mentioned to dasher that the grease was burnt and food would taste burnt my question is why even continuing serving the food if they know the grease is old or either burnt ? Ordered 3 pc meal spicy and only received a 2 pc burnt tasting meal that wasn’t spicy at all upgraded drink upgraded side added a extra side as well and also ordered 3pc tender meal for my son spent over $40 that’s including DoorDash fees
