Had a craving as I was driving by for work. Wait time a little long. But to be fair it was the lunch hour. Friendly staff, especially dealing with the one unruly customer that was giving them a super hard time over missing a single item. Stopped here for a quick bite to eat, got a 3 piece chicken meal I asked for fries but she gave me rice, no biggie I ate it anyway. Tables were a little dirty but it was busy so I get it..overall food was good and hot

I requested freshly dropped chicken and as always let them know I will wait for it no matter the time. I was told to pull up where I waited for about 20 min. We got the chicken and pulled because certainly after waiting I would be getting what I asked for. I decided to eat a piece of this steaming hot chicken, nope it was nowhere near hot. I was so upset because it makes my stomach nauseous when it's not out of the grease. Not to forget I waited for out of the grease chicken. Shame on yall for making me wait!

I went to this Popeyes today through the drive-thru and was greeted by the most rude and inhospitable worker. After that I was told to pull forward for my order because it wasn't ready and then my order was completely wrong after trying to confirm it three different times.... She asked me if I wanted it regular or spicy... I said regular and it came out spicy. Not to mention they were going over reconstruction a month earlier and told me to come back in 45 minutes. I will be avoiding this Popeyes and Popeyes all together. Thank God for Chick-fil-A.

Should be zero stars. Just left Popeyes at 7606 Lem Turner Rd. The hours are 10 am to 10 pm. It’s after 11 am and they said their not opened.
The food was good but the place should be cleaner and they forget to pack some items from your order.
