Very good about their service, but the way the parking lot and restaurant is arranged makes it a little tricky to move around if you have to pull up to wait.

After waiting 10 minutes at the drive thru waiting to take my order, I get my food home & the food was cold!!! ?. And I requested Mild chicken & was given spicy! There seemed to be only 2 young men working while the others just stand around talking. This is unacceptable! Will not be eating here again!

The one young man working the counter was the only person working out-of 6 people!!! We waited over 30 mins for service and food while 4 people stood around in the back of the kitchen. 2 employees wearing the green polo style shirts which I assume were management sat on their phones the whole time!!!

The last time I went here the chicken on the sandwich was freezer burnt and they fried it up anyhow. I couldn't eat 1/3 of the sandwich because it was rubber and like chewing on rubber bands. Parking lot sucks, full of pits and pot holes.

The employees are very incompetent, slow and rude. They send a message saying the online order is ready and make you wait for an extra 45 minutes. This is the worst Popeyes.

Worse Popeyes I’ve had the privilege of eating at the bathrooms STANK, The employee taking our order obviously hated her job. She not only talked down to us she proceeded to talk down to other customers after we had payed. If you’re in a pinch come here if not go else where.

To the owner & managers of this franchise please get your store in order. Consistently inconsistent customer service, food items listed but not available. On more than two occasions I couldn’t order a food item due to that food item not being available. That’s including hot sauce not being available, come on now. Help your store do better

Just left there. There's a little 17,19-year-old kid working in there. Acting like a seventy year old,arguing with people getting orders wrong , The type of worker causes business to fail. Had his hair puffed all over my food!

What is more important than selling chicken during the dinner rush-hour? Worst service EVER and I’m never going back!Walked into the San Jose Blvd. store in Jacksonville, FL at 6 PM on Thursday, February 1, 2024. There were at least six people working behind the counter, possibly as many as eight, including the manager. The dining room was completely empty, and when I left, there were only two cars in the car line which suggests they weren’t overly busy. Stood at the counter for AT LEAST five minutes, and no one acknowledged me. The manager was on his cell phone, standing near the door, and I had walked right past him on my way into the store so here clearly knew there was a customer in the store.When I finally got fed up and approached the manager and asked, if there was anyone working the counter, he explained everyone was busy and that he was doing “managerial work”. When I pointed out that he was just standing there on his cell phone, and that I had walked right past him on the way in. he became very defensive, and again explained, “I’m doing managerial work”!What is it about the Popeyes’ managerial system and employee training that emphasizes that the customer is the lowest priority on the totem pole?I finally walked out in disgust and will never go back.

I went through drive-thru with my 93-year-old neighbor who I took to a doctor's appointment. We ordered food from drive-thru. Not only did they take forever to take the order and tell us to pull forward with no one else in line, but then when I got my chicken sandwich the bun was hard. And I mean like it had been encased in plastic. So it was beyond stale and probably sitting on a heat lamp for hours. I'm furious as I'm starving and can't eat this garbage. Don't be a fool and eat here.
