Worst Popeyes in town. Take forever, just to forget half the order. Poor customer service. Customer concerns get brushed off by nonchalant teens. Food old. Fries over cooked and/or old. Do better. OSHA needs to shut y’all down

Great speed food was cooked well. I had a piece of hair in my chicken. It was long and thankfully I found it before I bit into the food. I would of given it 4-5 but since I found the hair it's a solid 3 stars.......and please fix the bathrooms

I don't know what you think is required for a shift change but telling people they have to come in instead of the drive-through is not even remotely reasonable. The individual at the drive-through was also exceptionally rude about it as well. This is not the first time we have experienced problems at this location. FIX IT!

Let’s start with the fact that I had to sit in the drive thru line 32 minutes only to get to the window and was told the Way to ring up the food wasn’t working and I’d have to be in to place my order. I should have left then……. But I didn’t, so instead I ordered, and that took another 18 minutes….. now that my entire lunch break is almost over, I get my food and go back to work to eat it. The chicken taste like it was fried in 3 days old grease. The rice was crunchy, and lunch was ruined….. never again….. not for me….. very disappointed 😔
