The manager went out of his way to welcome us back after a past experience, and everything was wonderful this time. Attentive service, delicious food, and a sincere commitment to excellence. We will be back again!
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is friendly and attentive, and the food is outstanding. The short rib with polenta is phenomenal, and the lasagna was absolutely delicious as well. Highly recommend!
got rid of their vegan menu, servers have no idea about vegan options. they used to have a separate vegan/vegetarian menu that had several options and they were able to make some changes to some dishes.
The food was exceptional, the service was slow for us but we were not in a hurry so we just enjoyed.
Horrendous New year...totally ruined by the restaurant. Prebooked a table, the restaurant was notably busy. Server took a drink order and returned with a glass of Prosecco in a beer glass and other drinks in cans due to no glasses..no apology. When asking for a glass for the canned drinks we received a hot glass after ten minutes. Appetizers ordered and received within 15 minutes - meatballs, garlic bread (others requested were not available) Entrees ordered - pizza, spaghetti and meatballs and fillet steak...not received over 1hr and 30mins after being seated. No apologies. After raising the issue several times a cold pizza was brought to the table!.. after repeated questioning of when our food would arrive the manager came to see us to apologize, and as she didnt know how long the food would be she said we didnt need to pay for anything and we left.
Server didn't know the menu, our food took forever and when it came time to eat our steaks came out undercooked. Also server said she will pack a menu item to go however when we got home the item wasn't in our to go bag, Overall very mediocre.
We chose to do the New Year's Eve pre fixe meal. We had a 6pm reservation. The first 2 courses came slow but not terrible and we were being gracious with it being NYE. But then waited over an hour to get our steaks as the 3rd course. We asked them to box the steaks and they did comp us $50 for the inconvenience but the pre fixe meal came with dessert as well which we did not get to have and they didn't send us home with it or comp that portion at all. Pretty disappointed that we were there almost 2.5 hours and didn't even get to enjoy the full meal, and were still charged for all but $50.
Waitstaff excellent. Food was salty and very very lacking. If it wasn't for our server we would have left
Super impressed with the Santa Brunch! Very well organized. The breakfast lasagna was amazing! We will be back for dinner! And the Santa was great too!
Jonathan was so helpful and attentive and made our experience so exceptional! Will be back again!!

Food was horrible and service was terrible. We ordered pizza what we got thick bread with cheese on top and a lot of SALT. After finally the server decided to show up to our table we told her this pizza is nothing but bread and salt not eatable. Then got pasta which was same thing high on SALT and couldn’t eat it. But the server did not care just charged us when saw we didnt even touch the dish and didn’t even bother to ask us how was this time.
Poor service and horrible food. Definitely waste of your money. My friends ordered salad but had to eat it with no dressing because server didnt show up to bring any dressing. We ordered mojito and margaritas they messed that up and made the mojito spicy same as margaritas so my other friend couldn’t drink it. Just never had such a poor experience . I made sure to write on the receipt that food was so salty and service was unacceptable but I am sure we were not the first customers there left with bad experience

In my book, five stars starts with the service, from the greeting to the assigned server, and then onwards. We had Brenden as our server er and he was 10 stars out of five. Knew the menu without looking at it. Knew the wine list. Had personally sampled everything so he could make recommendations based on his experience. The wine list had a few nice, affordable fine wines and quite a few over the top expensive ones. The table bread was excellent, served with butter. We ordered Cesar salads and they were quite delicious, with a prevalence of anchovy paste, which we both enjoy. Not fishy, just tasty. The dishes we ordered were the Sugo and my wife had the butternut squash radiatori pasta. We took quite a bit home - enough for another meal, and that from the light portions. We were determined not to have the hot brownie with salted caramel ice cream and syrup, but we did, because Brenden told us we had to try it. Yum. This was our first time there and we will be back for sure!
Good atmosphere, great service and good food options. Fried mozzarella was a good starter, chicken parm was very good, but lasagna was a bit much in my opinion.
