Love love love this place. I usually door dad but I’ve been inside once but the food is super good and even delivered is fresh. The empanadas are delicious so is their salsa (if that’s what is called ) that you get with them. The portion sizes are good and the people are friendly .

Outstanding ethnic food of the Dominican Republic! Best in the Greater Jacksonville Area!! Waitress, Ursula, was exceptional and provided 1st class customer service. My #1 spot to eat of all ethnic foods in the area. 😋

I’d give this restaurant a 2/10 overall. As a true Dominican craving some real chicharrón de cerdo, we decided to stop by since we were working in the area but let me tell you, this was nothing like Dominican chicharrón. It wasn’t crispy at all, and the food in general was cold and just bad.

The only things we actually liked were the morir soñando and the empanada and as you can see, I had to order two because I couldn’t even finish my actual meal, that’s how bad it was.

And let’s not even talk about the service. It was terrible. The girl who attended us kept throwing things on the table, and when it was time to pay, I had to ask someone else because she didn’t even bother.

And the prices? Even worse. There’s nothing sadder than paying for a meal you don’t like at all.

Overall, this restaurant has nothing to do with real Dominican food.

Got the worst food out of the restaurant in Jacksonville.

They are always super friendly and the food is always amazing i eat here at least once a week good food for a fair price

Hidden gem. Fast, efficient service in a relaxed setting with cute music.

We were a party of three visiting this restaurant for the first time. The food was absolutely excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. However, the service left room for improvement. Our waitress didn’t check in with us after taking our order, and we had to flag down another staff member just to get more water. When we were ready to leave, my son had to go ask for takeout boxes himself.

One thing to note: an 18% gratuity was automatically added to our bill, which we weren’t informed about beforehand. The payment slip also had a line for an additional tip. If you don’t pay close attention, you might end up tipping on top of the automatic 18%.

Overall, we enjoyed the meal but hope the service experience improves.

I was in the mood for Dominican food and this was close to my current location. For starters the outside might not look too inviting but don’t fret. It was nice inside and service was great. We ordered Mofongo which was one of the best I’ve had here in Jax. I ordered the carne Frita de res which honestly I was disappointed in. I’ll use the that style being cut in slices cook and pan fried very flavorful. That is not what I received. They just cut up a regular bistec encebollado and fried it. It had NO flavor. I had to ask for their house hot sauce to help. It was a nice kick btw. Overall the food was yummy I just won’t order that dish again,

Amazing as Always! Delicious Dominican Food! My favorites are 2 Pork Chops w/ Rice and Beans or Roasted Pork marinated in garlic sauce w/ Rice and Beans and always, always a side of Sweet Plantains and if you’re starving have a delicious Beef Empanada while your HOT, AMAZING MEAL is prepared. Hector and Xenia always go above and beyond with Customer Service!😍😍
