I actually placed an order for pickup instaed of delivery. Yes it was my error but doordash was not trying to assist me with changing it at all. 48 mins after it was supposed to be picked up I called the restaurant and let them know of my mishap. I told the lady that I couldn't get there until after 3 and she assured me it was fine and that they would keep my order. So sweet! I actually didn't get there until 5p and the lovely woman at the front told me that they would remake my food. And I sd no its ok, because it was my mistake. She said no, I cant serve you cold food! That was so so kind of her. I haven't tasted the food yet, but Im giving the a 5 start just based on customer service.

We were very excited to share the foods from their country with us. I had picked an item that was not really Salvadoran and she let me know. I had told her I wanted the authentic experience. She told us the most important was the Pupusa. We ordered 3. And the Yuka Fries with pork. Crispy pork with tender centers. Yum
Next time we got the Platter and tacos pastor and carne asada and extra papas.

100/10! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic. When you arrive, you’ll place your order before sitting down, and the food comes out quickly. We had pupusas and yucca frita with chicharrón. All fresh, not greasy, and packed with flavor. We savored every bite!
We’ve ordered takeout before, but highly recommend dining in instead, as the pupusas and fried dishes are best enjoyed fresh from the kitchen.

I tried this place last weekend with family and friends and it was really good! The woman at the counter was extremely sweet and after some conversation, I found out she is from El Salvador, this tells you the food will be authentic! I ordered 3 pupusas: cheese, pork and chicken. I also ordered a salvadoreña horchata (they also have a Mexican one, but this one was more authentic) Overall it was a wonderful experience, give this place a try! 😊

I went for the first time with my family and friend. I got Pupusas - Queso con Loroco, Revuelta and Con Pollo. They tasted very fresh and made to order. Not to mention the owner is super nice and personable! They also have authentic Salvadorian Horchata, delicious!! We enjoyed the music and atmosphere while eating our meal.

This place is not worth 1 star! To start off it's located in a dirty, run down shopping center. The place looks cheap, and the service is terrible. Why you may ask? Well, here's a short summary of my experience going there...
You walk in, and no one greets you. The wife and I went in, and were ignored by the one person working there. So we went in and seated ourselves, and waited for someone to come over to our table, but the lady at the counter didn't bother to come close to us. There were just a couple of other customers inside, but I couldn't tell if they were already served or not. So we waited a little while longer... and the lady and some other employee at the back were just chatting amongst each other; while we thought one of them would approach us at any moment. They never did, so we just walked out of there. As we walked out, I thought I noticed a sign that said you had to order at the counter, but we just kept walking out; I would not bother to go and order at a counter, where employees don't even care if you are there or not! What a shame; and what an embarrassment to think this business represents my native country of El Salvador! I would not recommend it to anyone.
We recently traveled to El Salvador, and to be honest, the service from a street vendor over there, is a lot better than going to this establishment.
