My father in law & Husband visited a few weeks ago & EVERY DAY since we've been getting notifications that "Q Ball Billiards" is trying to pull money out of his account, HUNDREDS of dollars have attempted to be stolen from him after he used his card here. Have called multiple times for the staff every time to tell us "I don't really know what to tell you".BE AWARE AND DON'T GET SCAMMED, BE WEARY OF SWIPING YOUR CARDS AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.If there was a negative star rating option, this place would get one from us.

Frustrating experience!Last night, we went to the bar to get a pool table, but unfortunately, we were treated poorly. There was a group of older people who arrived after us, but the lady with blonde hair completely neglected us and served them first. We decided to play darts instead and still had a good time. When we returned for the pool table and came back to cash out the table when we were done, things didn't improve. The lady had an attitude when we mentioned that the younger woman next to us was waiting before us. Even she felt neglected. We wanted to pay with cash but just told the bartender to use the card on file to avoid conflict. Her demeanor was very rude and sarcastic. It's important for the business to provide better customer service and retrain their employees to ensure a great experience for regulars like us who have been coming for years. Let's hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements. (2 stars)

Good times, me and my homie was up the street snagging some wings and a beer, when we got the gumption to shoot some pool, as it was still early. Glad we did,I hadn't been here, but it was an old favorite for him. Very chill spot, cool laid back people and vibes. They got a smoke room too, right in the middle so you don't miss a thing, good size bar and the bartenders were great, attentive and friendly. Definitely on my radar now, I'll be back, gotta work on my game...been a while.

It has a lot of pool tables, and I loved the way they have a smoke room that keeps all smoke contained in the room. Some tables are close to one another, so you have to share the space with the following table or sitting area, which is around the walls.

Nice place. Been going for years. You can smoke in the smoking room or outside. Drinks are average price for a bar. Nice tables, dartboards also. Friendly staff.
Met up with a friend and we Had the best time. Playing pool and darts. Met some really nice people. The atmosphere is great. The staff was nice and friendly.

Nice tables, but several of them have an AC tube blower next to them, so loud and annoying with air hitting you if youbare those tables. Leagues take precedence, so there is a shortage of available tables often. I went there three times, two of those times could not get a table even though the tables they saved for league were open for the hour I sat there.
