I went to the konpa night this past weekend. for my first time being there I enjoyed it. The instructor, the promoter, the staff, the vibes were great.THE FOOD WAS TOP TIER...I got the diri djon djon, tasso and fried plantain...I've been waiting for a year and a half to taste this again and it did not disappoint....sn: I didn't know where to find authentic haitian food but now I do....Thank u guys

Dishonest restaurant, extremely poor customer service, long wait time and it's not first come first serve.

The manager Kenson is extremely rude, he will hang up on you, speak down to you, and treat you like an imbecile.

The food is expensive but you don't get your money's worth. The menu prices don't match what you get charged and if you pay cash be careful as you'll get incorrect change. My receipt says my change would be $3.71, I was given $3 and the waitress couldn't open the register to rectify this.

Apparently only a manager can do that and there was none available in the restaurant. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

We will not be rich Haitians. Without principles, without ethics, we ignore my call, but it's ok. The only way I know my money is by telling me that we continue to take money from people like this so that we can grow more.

I ordered food and I could’ve rated them at least 4 stars… up until I bit down on a Little Rock… like the size of one that would be inside of a fish tank… mix in with my rice… and I’m very disappointed bc of it… thinking about seeking legal advice…

This is the main Haitian restaurant that I frequent. And for the very most part, they have been good. But they are very inconsistent. Please if you decide to try this place out make sure they have what you’re ordering. Because they will put a bagged salad in replace of whatever they don’t have and won’t tell you. This is the third or fourth time that I’ve ordered something and they’ve tried to just give me salad without Giving me an option for any other item. If I ask for cabbage, I expect cabbage. If you do not have cabbage, at least ask me do I want something else and not throw some bagged salad on my On my plate and not expressing that to me. You can honestly tell the people that work there don’t really try. The only thing keeping this business open I’m sure our Haitians. Because if they had better service in all areas. This place will be packed out. The reason I’m doing this review now is because the lady act surprised that I wanted cabbage when cabbage is clearly on my receipt. And then when they went back to put it on my plate, they came back and told me they did not have cabbage. And then the lady Went back to the kitchen and said something to them and turned around with a smirk on her face. Also, the pricing is different on the menu. Which is something else that they are not sharing..

The food took forever, an hour for us to even get the appetizer and the pricing was completely wrong when we paid. We ordered off the lunch menu at 1pm and they charged us for the dinner menu. Chicken tenders on menu said it comes with fries and they charged us separate for fries and says their menu is wrong after we paid. They didn’t make it right. The food was okay but definitely not worth what we paid.

I just left out I’m literally in the parking lot k ordered the food and was disappointed I ordered stewed chicken and only got about two pieces and there is no gravy the rice is dry it seems to just have oil I did not like the food at all then I was charged a different price the manager fix the price but I was upset still because I didn’t even eat it.

I ordered spaghetti that was supposed to have crawfish in it and so forth and I got some disgusting dried up noodles with some nasty looking boiled eggs and a nasty piece of chicken thigh. I don’t even eat chicken and I got a disgusting piece of nasty nasty, hard boiled egg. This food is disgusting and it’s always a problem. Please don’t eat here.
This is supposed to be spaghetti with no marinara sauce no flavor You people cannot cook I would not get my dog this this is not spaghetti learn in Google what spaghetti is in or how to cook it

Now, as a person from the Caribbean, I was very surprised at how terrible everything was at this place. My family and I get there, and I immediately notice, the table isn't wiped down while the waitress is at the bar sitting down, but I didn't make a scene because that wasn't too serious to raise sand. Secondly, the waitress comes over and attempts to take our order without pen and pad...FAILED! She didn't ask everything she needed to because she kept coming back asking questions. Now, the wait time was extra ridiculous!!! I'm 8 months pregnant, starving with a two year old girl toddler at the table. Luckily, I brought some ritz crackers to sustain me til the meal came. A good waitress would see that I'm pregnant and ensure I get my food in a timely manner. That didn't happen. We ordered BBQ wings with fries as our appetizer, and that didn't come until last. The fries were cooked in oil that wasn't fresh. My two year old didn't even eat them, and she eats everything! The fritters were over fried as they were dumb hard! The rice and peas didn't taste freshly made for the day, but my husband's meal was cooked ok ! He had the red snapper in which I've definitely had better. The waitress did not once come check up on us after we got our meal, but when we went to pay the check, which I didn't receive, she came rushing out thinking a tip was gonna be there...NO MA'AM!! NOT ONE CENT! Never again!!

I would give them a 4 star review but they didn't have Air Conditioning. The food was fire and the service was kind and helpful. But 10 mins in a building without a fan or AC is not cool, literally! I'll give them another review when I try a couple more dishes. Hoping the AC will be working by then. I had the curry chicken, with cabbage and plantains! 17 dola! Rice Good, Curry good, nuff said!

Paid $26 for oxtails only gave me two and they didn't have no sides they were out but didn't tell me still charged for a regular plate and the two oxtails taste like and looked like full of ketchup won't be back ever
