For one! While going in the establishment, no one was in the restaurant but it took 10-15 minutes to get an order. AND the food was cold and it came out of the kitchen……

After driving around Jacksonville all day trying different Caribbean spots and feeling disappointed, I finally stumbled upon Randevou Caribbean Bar and Grill—and it completely saved the day! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was amazing—great energy, hip music, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The service was fantastic, which was a refreshing change from some other places I visited.

I called in my order, and when I picked it up, I could tell the food was freshly made. Even after driving 28 minutes home, everything was still piping hot and delicious. I got the Tasso with Djon Djon rice, macaroni, cabbage, and plantains—every bite was packed with flavor, and the portions were so generous I was full before finishing half of it!

The only small critiques I have are:
- Drink options—I wish they had more than just soda, maybe some homemade Caribbean beverages.
- Price point—I spent around $35, and while the food was worth it, a slightly more budget-friendly option would be nice.

But overall, this place is a must-try for anyone craving authentic, flavorful Caribbean food in Jacksonville. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in a cool, clean setting. Randevou, you’ve got a new fan!🌟🔥

Amazing food and vibes! I had the legumes with goat meat, rice and beans, and plantains. Everything was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The konpa music gave the place a fun, authentic Caribbean vibe.

I ordered the fritay with extra marinade, and noticed the ordering system doesn’t even give an option to request extra pikliz—so I called and asked for two additional ones. Of course, when the food arrived, the extra pikliz I asked for wasn’t included. And the pikliz that did come? Dry and had no flavor. Pikliz is supposed to be spicy and zesty—not taste like plain cabbage.

My friend ordered the oxtail, and I’ll be honest—the flavor was there. But they sent two large pieces with no sauce. Oxtail needs gravy, period. Dry meat, no matter how good it’s seasoned, still ain’t right without the sauce.

When we called to let them know, the owner got defensive instead of just listening and fixing the issue. That attitude alone made everything worse. We paid for this—not asking for a favor.

The fritay? Bland. The marinade and marinad had no seasoning, no spice, no effort. And that sad little salad they keep sending with no dressing? Just leave it out. It’s not adding anything to the plate.

As a Haitian, I expect better from our food and from our service. Some of y’all need to take a class in customer service and another in flavor. Do better—because this ain’t it.

This restaurant is my favorite spot for great Caribbean food, great vibe service is excellent and food always fresh. The servers are very nice and always helping with any questions and concerns. Great spot to hang.

Our food just was not good. I LOVE CARIBBEAN food so I was highly disappointed. I'm used to meat falling off the bone delicious brown stew.... this place brown stew taste like vinegar, and the curry tasted like curry but the meat was tender like we're used to. They give you 2 while pieces of meat a Leg and I guess the other was a thigh that I chewed for the longest in order to swallow. I will post pics soon. I hope that the owners use these reviews to become a better establishment. This is only for constructive criticism. I will take this down once they acknowledge that they've seen it.

the meat they give you is a mystery, they pass off a red meat as who knows what animal, saying it's turkey. The turkey has WHITE meat. Terrible NEVER AGAIN. I PAID $33 TO DRINK ONLY ONE LEMONADE. and not eat anything

My worst experience so far put two big bones on my lalo, and barely give me any lalo and I pay 50 dollars for 2 plate the griot was worst it’s just pork guys coming now.

Being from Miami me and the wife have been looking for traditional Caribbean food and this place had it the prices where fair and the food was great must try.
