We ordered hibachi steak and it was not any flavoring close to it. Tasted much more like yakitori teriyaki steak seasoning. The veges were super hard not soft, so not sure if they just weren't cooked enough? The rice was ok but stale. Super disappointed as we guessed from the reviews it would taste better.

Food is mediocre but I always went for the good prices. Anyway I ordered online and when I arrived they said they're online doesn’t work (thank god I didn’t pay online.) and I had to reorder except instead of $25 like online it was $45 for the exact same food. Absolute insane price hike for no better quality or quantity of food. Not worth it.

To start the cash register lady with Down syndrome was very rude. The food tasted like someone retrieved a dishrag from a pet shop and then cooked the rice with the water from it. The chef in the back, miguel, just felt out of place. Totally lousy expeirnce. Pretty sure I just ate

Great food, interesting vibe with the music. I got a "Create Your Own Poke Bowl. I highly recommend you add in your favourite ingredients and give it a try—treat it like a dismantled sushi bowl and add everything you'd want in a roll. The Fried Gyoza was also really good. The service was simple, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but they chose not to interact much. I can't blame them; the vibe seems intentionally chill and maybe a little "spacious."Vegetarian options: You can choose foods without proteins to avoid meats.

You might as well throw your money in the trash. My son and I were practically the only customers in the restaurant, other than one or two people who had already gotten their food. We waited a ridiculously long time for our food. The lady at the front was rude. I ordered Mongolian beef and crab rangoons. Both were horrible, I ended up throwing all of it away. I planned to never eat there again but Beware...these people also operate under the name "Super Crab" through uber eats and door dash. They claim to be "American Seafood" but they are serving the same trash food out of the same trash kitchen. They are very deceiving as the pictures are not even close to what you get. I ordered "Super Crab" through Uber Eats, and if I would have realized it was just red bowl in disguise, I would have never spent my money on it! 0/10

Food was great service was not good . Tried to get extra sauces I was told the food had enough sauce on it I didn't need any more. I repeated my self I need more sauce and they said they are all out . I would have been happy to pay for some sauce wasn't asking to get for free.

The young lady taking orders was not friendly or welcoming. She should not be the face of your company when your customers come. She made ne feel like Icwas bothering her. Tge customers are the reason you have a job. The food was good and hot the salads are nothing but lettuce and dressing. The chicken in the Hibachi was very flavorful. The rice was good. I like the one in oakleaf better.

Almost always screw up our order and forget sauces when I ordered to go. Takes a long time and no customer service. Not friendly. Could smell the fish before I even opened the container. Yuck. Sad because I used to go here a lot a few years ago and it was good.

The kitchen looked very dirty and unkept. All the cooks were very clearly not very cleanly and none of them were wearing gloves or hair nets. Cleanliness does not seem to be a top priority at this restaurant. The whole place smells of body odor. The place was dead, no business, and they didn’t even bother to check their online or carry out orders. They did not start making the order until after the time it was supposed to be prepared. The food is standard and clearly prepared by people with minimal experience making Thai. The fried rice in the steak hibachi dish tasted funny and off. Like it was either old and getting close to turning or prepared in old grease.

Good food, nice ambiance and very friendly staff. I'll definitely come back again, very convenient and quick service.

I have many reasons why this was the worse restaurant experience I’ve had in years. There was a huge trash can that smelled HORRIBLE without a lid near the spoons, forks, napkins, and sauces and the fountain machine that doesn’t work. There was a hair in my salad. I order boba and they served it at room temperature only to tell me that they don’t have ice. All of the drinks were in boxes on the floor. The store was very junky and uncomfortable. The staff looked miserable and never even cracked a hint of a smile. The food was bland and nasty to be honest. Salmon looked and tasted like a thin low grade farm raised salmon. And they don’t wear gloves when serving. I asked to see the sanitation score and they didn’t want to show it. Please save yourself time and go somewhere else!

Honestly, this place is a nice spot for Asian food. The food itself has always been excellent every time we've tried it so far. We really love the Holiday Rolls as an appetizer. The staff seem rather uptight, don't talk much, and when they do, it's in their native language, but so far they haven't been blatantly rude or dismissive. The place is empty most of the time, I assume most people just order take out from here, but the inside is a little hot, the drink machine has been broken every time we come here but there's soda and other drinks in the fridge so it's not too bad. There's plenty of seating to choose from, but again, almost nobody is ever here eating in which is a shame because it's honestly not all bad if you can get past the warm inside, maybe when the temperature decreases outside it'll be nicer. Overall, we really like this place, it isn't perfect but the food makes it worth it all things considered!
