We had a great experience. We were quickly seated. Our drinks came out fast, we love that we're able to have fries before our food comes out, even though this particular time we got the pretzel too. We ordered burgers, they were amazing!

Food tasted great. The order came out quickly and correctly. Our server was fantastic. He had a great attitude and personality. The service definitely enhanced the experience.

I called the store to place a to-go order. The gentleman asked me for my last name in which I did not want to disclose. He told me I was unable to order. This was my first time ordering from Red Robin and it will be my last.

I arrived at 9:40 and we are waiting for the employees to seat us so we can have our meal. The room is empty (check the photos). It is now 10:14 and we still have not been served. The owner of the establishment is really losing money. The place is empty and the employees have no desire to serve us. So much money invested in advertising and structure is being thrown away.

I really did not have a good experience on 01/11/2025. My server was Luis and it was obvious he had no respect for women. Anytime I asked for anything, it looked like it was an imposition. The food was ok, definitely not worth $20 a person. And it was so very loud in the dining area. I think the burgers were good but the appetizers were overpriced for what they were and the plates could've had more variety or maybe 2 sides to them. Luis is terrible at customer service. I think he needs to explore other job opportunities. My family will not be returning.

Visited Red Robin for lunch. First time to ever eat at the restaurant. We were seated immediately, and were given a nice booth. I liked the atmosphere. It was comfortable and good lighting. Our Waitress was friendly and attentive. My Husband and I both ordered a burger. The burgers were thick and very good. I also had broccoli and fries. We paid at the table. We enjoyed our meal. Would probably eat there again.
