Overall a great experience. No complaints. Was very wonderful service. Manager (Kim) came to check in and wish us a happy Thanksgiving which is an awesome. 10/10 would recommend.

I don’t leave bad reviews very often… I walk into this location by myself to grab a burger for lunch. First, there was no one to greet me at the door, which isn’t a problem. I assumed they’d be right back. The one waiter that I saw working, looked over at me twice as he walked by helping other customers. I finally poked my head around the wall and a woman Walked up and sat me.
She gave me the menu and walked off. I then sat for another 10 minutes while I watched that same waiter that saw me before take someone else’s order and disappear. No one else greeted me. No one else offered to get a drink for me and nobody else offered to take my order. No one even looked at me. So I stood up and walked out. On my way out the same woman that sat me was now leaning against the podium at the front on her phone and simply asked is everything OK and I just said yes and walked out. I’ve had bad service in the past from this location, but they told me they were under new management and going through a transitional period so I figured no big deal. I go to give them another shot today and it’s more of the same. Sucks because I like the food… Hope things improve by the next time I give them a shot

Me and my significant other came to eat here for the first time and really enjoyed the experience. The establishment was clean, had an open concept, and everyone appeared to be friendly. Our bartender Robbie was amazing; he was professional, personal, had a great sense of humor, and was knowledgeable about the menu! There was also a server who continuously checked on us named Zack and he was so attentive, made sure we had everything we needed, and was honest and transparent about food recommendations! By the way, the food was delicious! I ordered the $9.99 Big Yummm burger with sweet potato fries and my boyfriend ordered the whiskey river chicken burger that he loved! Our drinks were beyond on point as well and to say the least we will def be back bc of the professionalism, experience; and the generosity shown! 🤗🤗🤗

We moved from Minneapolis 3 years ago and just found out Jacksonville has a Red Robin!!!!! Within 3 days of finding that out my daughter and I drove the 2 hours so I could get my beloved Wiskey River BBQ Burger 🍔 w/ fries 🍟. It was just like I remembered it: some pink, no pickles, but everything else...and it was soooo delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We'll be back!!! Support them and get there as often as you can!!!!

Food always great when you're in the mood for a variety of burgers and delicious unlimited steak fries. But there must be a serious management issue, as a shortage of servers is commonplace. This translates to empty tables, and still overwhelmed servers. The servers are generally good and friendly, but fighting an uphill battle. The kitchen is regularly very slow. Today we waited for over 20 minutes for our check, while our server was nowhere to be found. Again, very nice server, but overwhelmed as one of only two servers on our half of the restaurant, 8 or 9 tables!

What a terribly restaurant. Many tables open but making people wait. Confusing the wait times and sitting people out of order the same party size. Won’t make the mistake of trying to eat at this restaurant again.

Excellent service! Kim the GM heard we had never ate there before and came with steak fries and a little background on Red Robin. Kayla was a very tentative server, making all our needs were meet in a timely manner.

My dad is a huge fan of Red Robin , so we decided to have lunch here. The food was extremely fresh, the burgers so delicious! The waitress and the rest of the staff extremely friendly. Just an overall very nice experience, we definitely will be back !!!

We had a great experience. We were quickly seated. Our drinks came out fast, we love that we're able to have fries before our food comes out, even though this particular time we got the pretzel too. We ordered burgers, they were amazing!

Food tasted great. The order came out quickly and correctly. Our server was fantastic. He had a great attitude and personality. The service definitely enhanced the experience.
