Service was horrible. We saw our drinks were made and at the bar, but our waitress forgot about them. Didn’t get the drinks until after we had already gotten our food and started eating. She only checked on us once! We wanted desert but she never came to check on us, so we paid our bill and left. We will probably never go back. They use to be so good :(

Today we visited Red Robin and was served by Miss Presley. The service was outstanding. We complained about one dish, it was taken back and we were asked if we wanted to have it remade, we said no and they took it off the bill no question asked. After Covid, customer service had significantly gone down, but here at this Red Robin customer service is DEFINITELY a main priority. We will definitely come back. The manager came to the table wasn’t ok the time out of his day to talk to us about our experience. That is very rare these days.

Went here Sunday march 24th for my baby 15th birthday had a great server can't remember his name but the southern charm burger was horrible. The bacon was soggy the bread wasn't toasted and I didn't taste the BBQ sauce I mentioned It to our server but he like brushed it off I should've went to Columbia to there Red Robin we drove from Savannah very disappointed ? but the fries were good tho and the lemonade strawberry cake the manager with the dreads walked around help his employees which you don't see that often

Went there yesterday with my boyfriend and the food was really good but we noticed the portions have gotten smaller and prices have gone up. I would’ve left a better rating if it weren’t for our server, Brian. He’s pretty nice and all but if you want a side of fries to go then don’t bother if he’s your server. We were waiting for 30 minutes and still nothing after he told us he’d get that right out for us. We finished our meal, dessert and even paid but was still left waiting. I know he noticed us waiting there because he glanced over at us. I would understand if he forgot but he didn’t even bother to stop and ask us if we were waiting on us just kept glancing over about his business the entire time. We ended up leaving without the single side of fries as no one else stopped to check on us, either. It won’t be another while until we go, but hopefully we don’t get him again as the fries are the main reason for my visit.

I just went there today and the staff was all super friendly. Our server checked on us a couple times to see how everything was for us, which is very refreshing even with it being busy at the time. One of the managers came up to us at the end to introduce himself and asked how everything went. The food was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

Hey, the food was good! Our waitress, Chloe, was great! But we didn't read "all the fine print" that the bottomless sides were extra!!! So please, future patrons,make sure you know they Will be added to your bill. As a very tired traveler, I found that to be a trick! Not a fan of being tricked...
Red Robin...Yum! Y'all know the commercial. Been a minute since I stepped into a Red Robin. All I will say is it won't be as long til the next time. Delicious juicy perfectly cooked real burgers that not only satisfy the taste buds, but also satisfy your hungry tummy! Good value for the modern day dollar. Go get some!

Forget about bottomless fries, or anything else, as you will likely never see your server after food in delivered. A better burger can be had for a lot less at Culver's.
