It's a counter service take out restaurant. I ordered jerk chicken, rice & peas, and cabbage. This was the best jerk chicken I have had in Jacksonville. Since it was my first time in the owner gave me a sample of his stew chicken. It was great too. I look forward to going back to try more of the menu.

First time and it was delicious .. I had the jerk chicken.. perfectly cooked, spicy (!!) -> love it. ! The patties looked and smelled delicious… small local owned..all fresh … takes a min to get the food but hey.. fresh is fresh..the owner is very particular how to order and where to wait —- too funny !! Go support local restaurants pls !!!!

The owner is very nice and personable. He cares for the community and people.
He is doing it by himself on a Sunday and my order was ready to go faster than the whole crew two doors down. I had brown Stew Chicken and he gave me a sampler bowl so I could taste the curry goat, oxtail and curry chicken. The food was delicious authentic Jamaican cuisine, spicy but not overwhelming at all. He definitely does NOT use MSG, because I didn't cough not one time. The portions...
