My family and I have been coming here for years and have a lot of memories here. Now is time to make some new ones with my toddler. The food is great (for the price), the wait time is reasonable, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The tables are clean, and the beers are reasonably priced, great pizza joints. The food was very delicious and the service was very good as well. My only issue was that they messed up my toppings on my pizza and I was in a hurry and didn't notice it till I got all the way home. The cook needs to pay more attention to the details of the toppings. Was still good but not what I asked for.

Good NYC style pizza, calzone, strumboli, and sandwiches. Salads are also available. They have various types of beers and soft drinks. The staff is very nice and plenty of parking.

People say it's NY style pizza, they never had real NY pizza . It was nothing like NY pizza. It was bland and the crust was worse than cafeteria pizza actually cafeteria pizza is better. Won't recommend to anyone for Pizza

This place has gone down hill. I got ripped off my chicken parmesan dinner with half a piece of chicken and about 7 noodles!! They should be embarrassed!! SMH! I can't even tell you what the shape of this XL pizza is!! Are y'all ok in there?? It's almost as if they can't stand their job and want the place shut down! Well keep up the great work because won't be back! There is wayyyy too many Italian restaurants in Jax to ever go back to this joke of a place!

We stopped in for an old favorite in Mandarin rennas. The lady Kim at the front is absolutely the sweetest friendliest I've had the pleasure of meeting. Most restaurants these days the service is terrible.kim took our order and made sure it was spot on. We had pizza steak and cheese and the meatball sub all were delicious. Don't slack on this place if your in the mood for good NY style with flavor this is your spot ! Thank you kim.and the cooks in the back for providing a wonderful experience
Tonight (9-21-24) was our 3rd trip to Renna's Pizza in San Jose. Renna's is our favorite pizza shop. We went to Renna's in Baymeadows every week for years until they closed. Week in, week out, pizza perfection. When they closed we were very heartbroken. We decided to follow the workers from Baymeadows to Orange Park. Very good pizza there as well. Bit of a far drive for us. The last few months we decided to give Renna's San Jose a try. Big mistake. $25 for a pizza that was so poorly made and carelessly baked we could hardly eat it. Paid for extra cheese and didn't get that. Asked for lightly baked, got dark brown crust that cracked in half while folding it to eat. We were very disappointed but said nothing. The 2nd time we went and explained what happened our first visit and a different pizza maker listened, apologized, gave us a discount and made that pizza perfectly. We thanked him and left a nice tip. Went back tonight and asked for the same thing. "Not over-baked, please." "No dark crust, please." "Extra cheese, please." Well, the same pizza maker that ruined our pizza the first time, ruined the one tonight as well. We will not go back. So, Mr.Gray-haired pizza man, you will not listen, you win, do it your way. Awful pizza. Lost a good customer. Orange Park, we're coming back. We'll make the drive.

I can’t rave enough about Renna’s on San Jose Boulevard. We’re a non-pork eating family and they have lasagna AND meatballs without pork! That’s kind of a big deal as we can’t seem to find that anywhere in Jacksonville. Outside of that, the food is absolutely delicious and the staff (Mike and Kim helped us!) were
WONDERFUL. 10/10 across the board - we’ll definitely be back.. and soon!
