I don't recommend placing online orders at the restaurant. I placed an order a few weeks ago and than called in and immediately canceled the order when I realized it was on the other side of town. I called several times for a refund and was given the run around and was told they understand English, one employee even promised to call me back and never did and I still haven't received my refund. This is poor customer service and I will not be giving them another chance to earn my business.

Empanadas are delicious. I can't wait to try everything else. Staff/owner is also very nice, helped fix my order when they ran out of the enchiladas Verde.

The food is delicious. I've tried just about all the traditional Guatemalan dishes and they have all been fresh and flavorful. The service is impeccable. They really aim to please.

I really enjoyed going into Guatemex. Mario was very helpful and friendly. My food is delicious. Atmosphere is good but it was warm, but I arrived just after opening. Looking forward to returning for Pepian.

Super friendly waitress patiently explained menu items. We went with the Guatemalan Churrasco plate and the Mixtas tacos that looked as awesome as they tasted. The food was delicious with plenty to take home for lunch the next day. Prices are very reasonable and everything, including the juice drinks, are made on premises. We will be back!

This place is awesome—we live in the area and just noticed it today and decided to stop in. The owner was so nice and the food was delicious. Great prices too. We’ll definitely be back.
