Rich himself took my order. He was very pleasant smiling greeting us. Food was good although my wings were fried a little too hard for my liking. My mom's meal was great. Side order were good except the mac and cheese it seemed as tho the cheese curled, it was clumpy and cheese didnt stick to the noodles.The next day it had a sour taste after reheating had to toss it. Over all a good experience. Wait time was about 35 minutes but they cook to order so I was cool with that 8.5/10

While traveling back from a game in Florida, we wanted to support a local black-owned soul food restaurant with great reviews. My husband ordered a six-piece wing dinner, but the wings were unusually large and still had feathers on them. They didn’t seem cooked long enough, resulting in a rubbery texture. Unfortunately, they were out of green beans, so I opted for greens instead, and we also had to settle for peach cobbler when they ran out of banana pudding. However, the cobbler was overpowered by cinnamon. Giving this restaurant three stars felt generous based on our experience.

Food was okay. While ordering I was told that she could barely hear me which is perfectly fine I can understand that food trucks are pretty loud, but it also doesn’t help If you have an AirPod in your ear. I ordered hot honey wings but the wings were un sauced, (assuming she didn’t hear that). My fries were also unseasoned like they didn’t even have salt on them?!?

Waited for over a hour. I dont care how good your food is, no one should have to wait that long for food. This isn't the dark ages where you waited in line all day for 1 loaf of bread. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS TRUCK. And this is me being nice about it!!

I ordered the yams, mac & cheese, and pork chops, and everything was absolutely delicious. The mac & cheese was creamy and cheesy, the yams were sweet and full of flavor, and the pork chops were cooked and seasoned perfectly! You can tell the food is made with love. If you’re looking for great seafood and soul food in Jacksonville, this is definitely the spot!
Drove over 1hr 30min just to wait an hour and a half for food. The customer service was terrible and even after waiting over 1hr 30min, we were missing half our order (shrimp) and it was rushed (undercooked). Paid $98 for 3 people and everything tasted mid. Mac & Cheese was SUPER salty. Rice was SALTY. Yams was over powering and not cooked right. Everything was too much. Tiktok over hyped this place and will not be returning.

Drove an hour and 15 minutes just to have to wait an hour for my food. Once I got it my brother was missing his shrimp and so was my son. No apology or anything. Once I opened my tray to eat an eggshell was in my Mac and cheese which was also really salty. Not somewhere I’d kill to return to. If it wasn’t for the raving TikTok review I would’ve never tried it in the first place.

Uhm was wroth every dime spent. The bake beans perfectly blended with sweet and savory. The Mac & cheese…..was to fight for. And for the grand finale the wings jerk bbq with house sauce. Hands ⬇️
