Terrible terrible terrible service!!! We are currently at a lunch for my sisters birthday. Reserved section was not ready when we got here. Food service was ridiculous…the birthday girl waited over an hour for her food. Everyone was done eating (party of 20) and had to-go boxes and her food was still not out. Thru offered her a free drink for the wait…really!!! Asked for the manager 3-4 times before he finally came out. On a good note, the food was good but definitely not an hour and a half wait good!

Good atmosphere, the food is good, but the service (if you purchase a table/booth) from some of the servers is horrible. I've been twice and got the same server Kaylee, Calee (however you spell it). She initially comes over to take your order then she disappears. She never comes back to check on you, or to see if you need anything. If flag the servers down, they lie and say they'll be back and never return. We attempted to buy a bottle, but Kaylee never came back. Please get better servers. Some may be OK with mediocre service, but those of us that want to spend money are not. Also get more bartenders, for the crowd. It's 150 people, and 3 bartenders.

I’ve been here twice now… the food is good, however they make you pay for it up front. So I can only imagine what would happen if you got the wrong order or something. The service not half bad. Both times I was here I arrived about the same time, around 7. At this time, the music was somewhat of a decent level, the music was ol school hip-hop and rnb. This particular DJ was a dude from up top, BK, NY. His mixes were on point. Some of the best Ive heard down here. While it was early, you can enjoy the music, have a conversation and even wind in your seat at the same time. But just like every other Jacksonville spot, at a certain time the music is blaring, ratchet and it turns into a night club. So disappointing.

The menu was amazing, great customer service, the drinks from the bar were strong and delicious, the chef knows what he is doing. Great atmosphere to relax and enjoy yourself. Will be back..

I attempted to visit this establishment for the first time. The security officer checked my girlfriend’s ID and searched her purse; she was wearing a flowy dress. I was wearing tighter clothing than she was my chest was not hidden but visibly When he checked my ID, which clearly identifies me as female, he proceeded to pat me down without my consent. I stepped back and asked him why he was doing this without my permission. He responded by continuing the search without obtaining my verbal consent. When asked why he didn’t search my girlfriend, he said it was because she had skin exposed. He then denied my group entry after we informed him of the legal requirements for searches. Instead of finding a female officer to conduct the search properly, he refused us entry and failed to provide any lawful evidence or justification for his actions. This has proven this establishment not to be LGBTQ and discriminatory against masculine presenting women.

Last night my friend decided to celebrate her birthday here and she had a party of 12 we got there at exactly 7 to enjoy the happy hour specials the 2nd person to order their food didn’t receive her food until after 9 after everyone else had already ate their food, because you have to pay for your food when you order it and per their policy no refund all she could do was wait even tho by the time she received her food she wasn’t even hungry and the only recourse was an apology and a drink or some more food. The waitress didn’t have a clue about what type of liquor was in the drinks, they have specials listed on instagram but don’t match the actual specials at the restaurant (false advertising). All and all I will never visit this establishment again.

We evacuated to the area for hurricane Milton and stayed at the adjacent hotel. So glad we found this hidden gem. The food was delicious and seasoned to perfection! Costumer service was amazing! Nisha bartender skills are above expectations. Complements to the chef! We will travel to the area just to stop by.
