No one came to the drive through window and the dining room was closed. This is the third time in the last 6 months this has happened to us

The lobby is permanently closed due to criminal activity including the man who barricaded himself in the bathroom to do drugs and refused to ever come out. Other homeless vagrants came by the property and spray painted and vandalize the property for no logical reason.. Just something to do

Drive thru had us waiting around 15 min as a group of people were ordering at the window so we left to run some errands. Came back, knocked on the drive through window at 5:35 pm, knocked again, went around to the front door, knocked on the door however the girl was too busy on her phone so she didn’t even realize I was standing outside waiting to be served. I mean, how are these people still in business? Drove to Jeremiah’s and got out Italian ice within 5 min.

- 5 Stars! This place sucks - says DRIVE THRU OPEN and NEVER is, no one there!!! Why not just close or sell so someone can run it properly!!!!
Stopped to get famous Ritas and the dining was closed and the walk up window. Only the drive thru was open.

It's early summer, a nice day for an ice cream. Rita's dining salon is closed although 4 really young employees were inside laughing and dancing. We order on the drive thru. We get out of the car to throw the cups and napkins away, but all trash bins are inside the dining salon, where the girls are still dancing. I leave my cups on the counter.
While I go back to the car I hear the girl screaming at me. "Hey, you can't let your trash here, come pick it up". We tell her there are no trash bins and we're not leaving the trash in the car, a restaurant should have trash cans. She says "we can't receive trash".
And she yells more: "That's why you drive a Mazda!"
Really, Rita's? That's what you give us? Not only you don't open the dining area even though there are four employees, but not even the trash you collect anymore? Hello authorities!!! Restaurants that refuse to collect the trash here!!!

Lobby and walk-up window closed on a Sunday afternoon, minimal flavors, and no trash cans outside. With all the bad reviews, I am surprised corporate didn't pull the franchise yet!!

Rita Italian Ice and Custom Service is always good but unfortunately when I go there the drive thru window is the only option to order and get the Italian Ice. The inside looks good but never is open for public.

Worst experience i ever had going to Rita’s. The manager seemed a bit racist. The wait was long, speaker broken and when i got a flavor that was not sweet at all, he did not want to exchange it. Will never be back here. I would rather drive further to the one on the beach. Poor service, attitude and management since we have to order at the window and be met with such a nasty attitutde.
