Would love to share how good the BLT Pizza was I was eating with someone who was very picky and they absolutely loved it crispy bacon crispy crust not too much mayo lettuce and tomatoes real fresh. In the past I have had their pepperoni and cheese pizza as that was very delicious entreated my tummy just right

Would love to speak to the owner being that I used, for the first time, my brand new credit card here yesterday and all of a sudden someone is using my information to attempt to purchase random things online along with trying to use my information to create a Venmo and link account.
the cashier should not be handing cards back to the customer faced up where the cameras see my entire card info along with the cvc.

Pizza came out of the oven and smelled awesome, but sauce was cold and so was the toppings. Worst tasting pizza I've ever had. Apparently they do not know Chicago pizza what an expensive waste

I LOVEEE this place!! I moved here from Chicago 7 years ago and this reminds me so much of it. Its actual Chicago pizza!!!!!! Ive missed the thin crust so much, nothing else here compares. But Rosatis?!?! Oh my lord I love it. And the deep dish? DELICIOUS TOO!!!

0 stars. Worker would not give us our entire order. Then told us ok I will make the rest the order but we needed to wait for another 10 minutes. Had to continue to tell him to just refund us. What he did hand us was not even warm. Absolutely Hot Trash establishment

Whomever packed my pickup order put the ranch dressing and marinara sauce in closed bags with hot chicken and cheese sticks. The lids melted causing a huge mess.
I also ordered a 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni pizza . . . Couldnt tell what side had the pepperoni because, after i checked, there were only 4 pieces of pepperoni on the pepperoni side of a large pizza. I called Rosati's and the lack of accountability is the reason I won't go back. Also no inside seating and the waiting area looked dirty and unkempt.
I ordered a cheese calzone and added Italian sausage, pepperoni and mushroom. But somehow the cheese didn't make it into the cheese calzone. The sauce was overpowering especially with no cheese... and the wait was 35 minutes for a calzone.. I probably will just drive all the way to Carmelo's in st augustine the next time I want a calzone.

I placed an order on 4/25/25 for $66 and some change. However, the store was not even open. Since I was in training, I sent my wife to pick up the order at 11:45 which was our pickup time. When my wife pulled up, the place was still closed. My wife waited for a few minutes and the guy finally walked up..Now keep in mind, I ordered for 3 people and our lunch was from 12-12:30 pm. If the store is just opening at 11:45 how would we have time to wait on him to make the order🤔 My wife told him to cancel the order and refund the money. He said sure and never apologized 🤦🏾♀️. Now here we are 8 days later and they still haven't refunded our money. I called my bank and they said if a refund is issued, they take 3-5 days to put it back on your card. 8 days later and no refund. I continue to call and can't get anywhere. ROSATI'S I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY FOOD. This is ridiculous.

UPDATE: Ordered multiple Italian Beef sandwiches again for the family (cuz I still love em and haven't found them anywhere else yet) and we all had the same problem. Sandwiches had half-portions of meat so you ended up mostly tasting the soaked bread. I had to half my bread the long way and put all of the meat on the one side to actually enjoy my sandwich. Not Chicago-Style at all because all the restaurants there are generous with the meat portions. And as I stated before, wasn't like that when I first started ordering from here. Such a disappointment.
I learned that this place had Chicago-style Italian Beef sandwhiches and was so impressed when I received my first couple of orders. The taste was authentic and I gorged myself on them for a week. Well, this was almost 6 months ago and since then, I've notice that the SIZE of the sandwhich is shorter by almost a 1/3 and the meat portions are sometimes skimped on. Looking for another place here that sells them.
