I have eaten here several times, and the food is terrific. My favorites are the salads and the hot wings. Definitely try if you're in the area.

After a couple of disappointing experiences at this restaurant, I left a review expressing my frustrations and shared that I wouldn’t be returning. To my surprise, the owner responded, apologized, and invited me back for lunch on the house. I was hesitant, but I appreciated the gesture and decided to give it one last shot.
I ordered the club salad, and let me just say, I’m so glad I came back. The salad was absolutely delicious 10/10. It was hearty, fresh, and well-balanced, and they definitely didn’t hold back on the crispy fried chicken on top. For $15, it’s a generous portion and great value.
Moving forward, I’ll be sticking with what they clearly do best the salads and the chicken wing meal. Big thanks to the owner for making it right.

I have a BLT on toast almost daily there. I'm satisfied with the service and my breakfast sandwich.
I’m really disappointed with the food at Royal Palms Cafe. I truly miss the Atrium Cafe — the variety was better, and the prices were much more reasonable. So far, the only item I’ve found even remotely worth ordering is the chicken wing meal.
I recently tried the taco meal, which was the daily special, and it was a huge letdown. I’d rate the tacos a 1 out of 10, and I was shocked to pay $17 for something so poorly made.
I also ordered a burger with fries, and the fries were soggy and unappetizing — definitely not worth the $4 I spent.
Overall, there’s nothing “royal” about the Royal Palms Cafe. I hate feeling like I’m wasting my hard-earned money every time I give them another chance.

I’ve given the Royal Palms cafe multiple chances, hoping the experience would improve—but after three visits, I’m thoroughly disappointed.
First, I tried a burger that seemed to be made with a budget frozen patty and topped with shredded cheese—not exactly what you’d expect for the price. Then came the Philly cheesesteak, where the meat barely covered the bun. Most recently, I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich that truly sealed my decision to stop going. It consisted of a single egg on a small piece of bread, with an extra charge just to add shredded cheese—bringing the total to $5 for what was essentially a basic snack.
It feels like the focus here is on convenience over quality. While it’s located conveniently within the building i work in, the food doesn’t justify the price. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I ask for a plastic bag and one of the ladies, gives me a hard time about it. I feel more comfortable carrying my items in a bag with a handle. I have no problem if there is a nominal upcharge, but as a customer I should not be attacked because of it.
Since opening in our building I have eaten there maybe four times. None of the times have I been impressed. I chalked the first few times up to being new. I went again yesterday and paid $20 for a salad. The tomatoes were slimy. Something get super off putting. Needless to say I have tried often and will not be returning. The ladies work there are awesome. I didn't even bother reporting my dissatisfaction because so many that I work with feel the same. Can't be thei first time they have heard how bad their food is.

Very bad service, the ladies working there have an attitude! They keep claiming “our business our business” but without your clients, you will not have one, and they charge for one single spoon, after spending so much in there.

So every time I work in this building I come and buy breakfast here. The one day I brought my own, I asked just for a spoon and I was charged .25$. I asked if she had a fork also…another .25$. I don’t care about the money, it’s just the fact of the matter of how greedy can you be after I’ve spent so much. Ps I always clean up after myself and leave the place the way it was.

Customer Service and atmosphere are great. However, the food is a different story. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant. They must have put half an egg and 1 piece of bacon on the sandwich. For $10, the sandwich alone… I expected at the very least more eggs.. Well Urban Grinds is right across the street. More bang for my buck!

Restaurantji Recommends
I believe they need reconsider the customer service. They want make you pay for silverware even if you buy a plate. I request my lunch in advance and they give me the cup for my drink. When I came to pick up my lunch and fill the cup I get when I oder they charge me $1.40 for ge my drink. This is the way you lost customer. I a recurring customer until today. I wil never came back to this place.
PS. I get my cup in the morning not the drink. I not looking for free refill just the soda I buy. And by the rude attitude. Please don't try to cover the attitude of your employee, specific one of then, because the young lady was respectful but the another lady came with attitude and is not the first time. I never disrespect any of your employees, well if complaints for something I think it's not fare is disrespectful... Any way you just loosing a customer and any recommendations I can make. Remember all business exists just because customer service. Your business exists because the custumer buy your products. Hope this kind of bad service can be fix before you loose more customers.

Literally the WORST food I've eaten in a long time, How you manage to mess up breakfast is beyond me .. You can tell whomever made the meal gave zero F*.. although it was packaged nicely it amounted to trash. Grits nasty not creamy at all, omelette underwhelming, toast was dry AF , with an unpleasant yeast scent, How could they not smell that ??..They gave me fruit I didn't order ( they must have assumed I was homeless because they sent rotten fruit so instead of getting rid of it they gave it to me) Tater tots were the best thing I could stomach..I would eat McDonald's before eating here..Save your money people.. You've been warned..People need to have pride in there business or close it, money ain't free and I don't like wasting mine..

Had chickens wings for lunch. Liked the juiciness inside and crunchy outside. Would love to go again and try their sandwiches next time.

Purchased their “chicken tender” sub. Leave it to Publix, this sub was a joke. Literally can’t close it to eat and not because there is too much chicken but because it was so poorly thrown together. This was my second time trying it out under new ownership and second time being disappointed. Save your $11 on a crappy sub and rude people at the service counter.
These might be the best cheesesteaks in state the limemade is fire the brownies are amazing and the staff and owner was excellent
