Awesome deals on Tuesdays, and the burgers are seriously fantastic. My only “beef” is that every time I online order, at this location and others across the country, it seems to take 15-20 minutes longer to prepare than the app says it will. I wish it would give a realistic timeline and then I’d wait longer to show up. The triple smasher might actually be the best burger I’ve ever had

Got sat waited for 15 minutes ordered our drinks and our food at the same time appetizer got there before the drinks the burgers were really good. The fries are trash and the service is horrible.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was at first disappointed with the worst service I've received at a sit down restaurant in years!!! The server Keyana was not attentive, did not refill my drink during the hour I was present. She did not check-in with me concerning my meal and consistently tried leaving the check without asking if I needed anything more. I requested a drink togo but still did not receive it from the server. I was considering dessert but decided against it because I was unhappy with service. I did not want to say anything to my server; however, after years of being a server, bartender, and restaurant manager I can notice effort and that only came through Derrick the hero of the day who saved the experience for me! He was attentive and listened, fixing the issues and I am leaving this review to let Derrick know that I appreciate him for the minor amount of effort it took to save the table, and thank-you for refilling my drink!!!

Went in almost nobody in parking lot, so thought very little to no wait, 10- 15 minute wait. Hardly anyone in the restaurant. Get seated waited about 5 minutes no one came to greet or take order

For not being busy, the service was aweful, waited 20 minutes for a burger which never came. The salad bar want fresh or clean. Only saw our server twice. The manager looked more like kitchen help, than the manager, however he was apologetic and kind.

This is not the same Ruby Tuesdays I have known for the last 25 years. This place is dirty, run down, and completely chaotic. Waited 30-40 mins to sit down with only about 25 people in the entire resturant. Food margi ally okay, but after being seated, it took almost 1.5 hours for two beers, two salad bars, and two burgers. Constant flown of delivery drivers who were allowed to sit at tables mixed in with the rest of us. Never going back to this one and probably never going back to another RTs after this experience.
Great friendly service! Very tasty food especially the chicken carbanara! The kids chicken nuggets were really tasty as my grandson devoured most of his, which he rarely does!

Had some lunch yesterday With some coworkers and the waitress was very nice and she was acting really fast. Everything got to us very quickly. She didn’t make any mistakes. She was doing great. The food was very good. Very tasty. Lunch was great. I have no complaints there. I will definitely come again.
