The whole place needs cleaned. Floors were dirty as soon as you walk in and in the eating area. We were seated at a bench with crumbs and food on it. Salad bar was a mess with lettuce running out, toppings and dressings spilled everywhere. Baby back ribs and fried shrimp were good but the prime rib was pretty gross (see pic). Service was lacking. We had to wait awhile for a drink refill and ask for the check. We watched another table leave because the server took so long. The table next to us wasn't given silverware and had to track it down themselves.

The worst service I have ever received from Ruby Tuesday. Waited 25 mins to even order a drink before anyone even approached me. Place is dirty, whatever you do don't eat here! Manager was too busy to even come out and talk to me after I asked for them twice. Worst part of all they weren't even busy!!!

Our server, Jozeph S was very helpful and recommended a few items from the menu that he thought our dine in party would enjoy. He also checked in on us frequently throughout our meal.Parking: Parking area was very close to restaurant and there were plenty of spaces to choose from.
