What a HUGE waste of time. 4 couples traveling from different areas to meet at The Avenues Mall location only to find out when we walk in that the location is closed. We checked the facebook page for any indication they were closed and found none and also saw the profile picture that clearly says WE'RE OPEN! How hard is it to update the page to say closed instead of posting daily specials indicating it was open. So disappointing in the lack of attention given to customer service.

The best food and staff you will find at a top quality restaurant. I enjoy their salmon and my friend loves the chicken with the special glaze. They also let me substitute their chicken and broccoli soup as a side for no extra charge. I got two gift certificates for Ruby Tuesday for Christmas. I used the one. One more to go! I go to the Ruby Tuesday in The Avenues. I love it and I will go back!!!

Everything was delicious and fresh. Our waiter, Noah was attentive and pleasant. He made recommendations and kept us smiling. It was a great atmosphere with an awesome song line up.

Service was unfortunately trash. Took roughly 45 minutes to receive 2 meals. Drinks were refilled twice the entire. The host was more attentive than my server. Food wasn't bad, just the service.

I dont review much but wanted to say this place has amazing service and great food ! The Manager Nate was extra nice greeting us at the door and came by to check on us treated us like the friends next door and the server named Mackenzie was awesome as well as her trainee GREAT PLACE been here a few time over the years and never been disappointed!!
Food is usually good here in my past experiences. 4 years ago I did get a really rare steak but it was promptly handled. This recent visit (about 10 minutes before writing this), I didn't get that far. Took a few minutes to get seated, no problem, hostess was assisting someone. After being seated, that was it. 15 mins not another soul acknowledged our existence in the restaurant. My GF and I eventually left and our currently at Longhorn down the street.

All you can eat salad bar ....and it's true they didn't kick me out for eating 4 plates..... and Nate and Savannah are awesome and the plant based burger is awesome on behalf of us vegans thankful for the pure vegan prepared burger

When we arrived the hostess noticed that we were trying to figure out what to do with our grandsons stroller and she immediately offered up to put it in a spot that would keep it safe until we were finished dining.. the place was really clean,. The food was good and our waiter provided really good service.

I really like the value of the garden bar. Its only like $10 and it's all you can eat. Often it comes with endless soup but I never do the soup. Although I've tried them and they are good.

I know that we are all biased in our own way, just human nature so as you read this review take it with a grain of salt. I am not a fan of chain restaurants it's very bland and is the same thing over and over, I much prefer local owned restaurants where you get a taste of flavor. Having written that I have to say that the quesadilla today was bland and just average, it was lukewarm the cheese was not even melted and it was just mediocre. I don't know if that's because of my bias about really wanting locally owned restaurants or not but this was just barely average.
