After a long day, I decided to place a to go order for Chicken Parmesan. Once I arrived I said to myself, "Self? You deserve a drink" I sat at the bar and told the bartender I had a to go order and asked for a tequila sunset. He scurried away looking for my order. Then he came back and said they were out of orange juice. Talk about a let down. Who runs out of orange juice at the bar? Poor planning for inventory. I didn't want anything else, so I grabbed my order and left. Well, once I eventually got around to opening my food in better lighting and was able to remove to mounds of cheese covering the chicken, BURNT. The pasta was bland and overcooked. No real effort was put into this meal. An overall horrible experience. 10 out of 10 will NOT recommend. Waste of money

Josh, our waiter here at the Ruby Tuesday‘s on Windsor Commons Court in Jacksonville Florida went above and beyond to make sure my deconstructive kebabs were just absolutely delicious. Josh deserves a raise. I do not know him, but I am a retired school teacher and I See a good hard-working man.
Dietary restrictions: The chef was willing to take out the green peppers because they do not settle right on my stomach and give me mostly red bell peppers. I do appreciate it. Chicken was absolutely melt in your mouth quality.

So we don’t come often and wondering why?
The server Bill was awesome, he took very good care of us! And we will request him every time! We asked for the manager so we could complement about the food and service. Kanda came out and was very pleasant. I know most managers hear the bad, so we always try and give positive feed back when the service is above and beyond!

The Regulator
My son and I got 12 oz rib eye steaks to go from the Windsor Commons CT location in Jacksonville, Florida a few nights ago. Upon arriving home with our meals we immediately determined the food was most unsatisfactory. Both ribeyes were loaded with fat and were tough as nails. Obviously, Ruby Tuesday secures a lower grade quality of meat to serve its customers. My son and I both agreed the steaks were the worst we have ever had. In addition, the baked potatoes were not completely cooked. Serving food like this Ruby Tuesdays should never have exited bankruptcy in 2021 and should simply have liquidated. We will not be returning.

This is the BEST Ruby Tuesday I’ve found!! Josh B is an amazing bartender/server and I can always count on him to take great care of us. The food is always on point and they seem to genuinely care that you enjoy. 10/10!!!

I came here for dinner and the restaurant appeared busy for the staff that was on. My server was attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious. I even saw the manager out talking to guests and helping the servers and bartender out. James, the manager, came by to check and make sure we were enjoying our experience. It was refreshing seeing a manager, most places they are nowhere to be found. All in all, it was a great experience!

We had lunch and it was great. We had told our waiter Joe that he did a tremendous job spacing out our meals from the salad bar to the appetizer and entree. Not many places let you actually enjoy the time without being rushed .
