Our selections were heavy on Hors d'oeuvres, and they were mindfully done in pairs. Our service staff was excellent: knowledgeable, informative, and respectful. The food was delicious, well portioned, and exceptionally presented!

Service was amazing! Melisa was well-versed on the menu and very attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed the bib lettuce salad, best fooe gras we've had in the states or anywhere for that matter, Hubby chose the halibut which was delicious. I chose the chicken it was delicious, the portion maybe a little bit small. We also had the oven fresh bread service and special butter. It was yummy. It was my birthday and they brought me a glass of champagne and some sherbet which we're both very nice. I ordered the soufflé. Make sure you order this 20 minutes in advance because it does come out freshly baked from the oven and takes a little extra time. it melts in your mouth!

This was our first time dining experience at the restaurant and it will not be our last. The service was impeccable and we felt we were never rushed. All servers were helpful, courteous and professional. The menu while limited allowed all appetizers and mains to be superbly prepared and does not detract from going. Just check the menu beforehand to know what you may order. I ordered the venison dish which was delicious and would recommend it. Only request would be sharper knives!

The vibe in this space is wonderful. It was extremely easy to settle in, get comfortable, and enjoy ourselves.
The staff was friendly and welcoming from the second they open the doors for us. Our servers knew the menu backwards and forwards and had helpful suggestions as far as beverage pairings, and answered our questions about each menu item in detail.
The food itself is amazing. Everything on the menu is considered, intentional, and seasonal.
We enjoyed everything but a big plus to the Pommes Paillasson, Venison Striploin, Wild Boar Country Pâté, and the Wild Striped Bass.
Highly recommend this place. I will be a repeat visitor for sure.

We have visited this restaurant on several occasions. It's one of the best restaurants I know in Jacksonville, and certainly one of my favorites. The food is consistently excellent – beautifully presented and prepared. The staff members are polite, friendly, and proficient. I highly recommend this restaurant.
solutely spectacular time at Rue Saint Marc. Booked a quick mother daughter‘s Galentine’s dinner… And they did not disappoint! Johnny our waiter was absolutely outstanding. Had us laughing the whole evening! The quirky cocktails, chic ambience, and of course impeccable food. I would be happy to book this again knowing the experience would be different but equally amazing.

Rue Saint Marc - is the reason to come to Jacksonville. It’s been 12 months since I visited and it’s it’s hard imagine how this place could be better but it is. Exceptional attentive and personal service. Food outstanding! Wow - this place is insane! Tried the tasting menu and it was exceptional - tasty, fresh, modern and did I mention tasty!!! San Marco/ Jacksonville is spoiled rotten to have such an amazing modern French/Italianish establishment. Highlights amuse bouche trio, local prawn dish! The staff were amazing and the service top notch - if Joel Robuchon would hire this brigade! Mixologist was a legend can’t wait to come back.
